Chocolate popcorn has about a 2 week shelf life since you make it fresh using no preservatives.
I was wondering if I try this, will it melt if it isnt kept in the fridge? I live in california and we are going through a heat/ drought right now.
how long do these last? if i put it in my shop what would the shelf life be?

Hey! so i made them last night but instead of white I used dark chocolate. The issue was that out at room temperature (in an air conditioned room) these would not harden completely even after an hour. I had to put them in the fridge over night. I'm now concerned that once i take them out, moisture will form on the chocolate and they will get soggy. Any suggestions?

You can go and check some recipes on CZcams. 90 from 100 are fat saturated, oily, greasy and full of sugar, butter and acid stuff. You all mention " really good for kids" "kids love it" etc... kids only taste and have no brain.
