1:18 the ice cream is a hidden mickey! 9:22 the detergent ad also has a Mickey made up of the bubbles! 10:57 there’s a mickey on the power panel thing behind the trash 11:08 it’s literally right there on the wall in plain sight 11:17 it’s orange and on the machine on the far right 12:00 all the fireworks are Mickey heads! These are all of the hidden mickeys that weren’t already pointed out but I’m sure I missed some!

I came here to say this! I still can't find it in most of them, so I'm glad that the finale scene has finally been pointed out. There's one in the sewer that you can only see in the last car. Also, the back of the dumpster are the names of a lot of imagineer's kids. AANNDD there's another word-mickey on the back of the bushes in the finale. Fun info!
Ugh. Imagine replacing a decades-old ride with a new one you been working on for years and years and years and then it opens .... only to close like 2 weeks later because of a pandemic!
At first I was a bit iffy about this ride, but watching this video and seeing how detailed the ride is and how much work was put into it, and to have so many easter eggs and even include a second story is beyond amazing. Props to Disney Imagineering for giving us an awesome ride 👏👏👏
Pluto is in the factory seen but most people miss him look in the back right corner and 1 in every 2 rides he bounces up then falls Down for a split second blink and you will miss him
It’s just so very sad just HOW much we’ve lost in just two weeks...even though I never was gonna get to see this anytime in the next three years or so...it was nice to know that it was going on and that people were hAving a joyous time...but it’s all closed and dark and that’s very sad,and it’s unnnerving not knowing when it’s gonna end...

(no FastPass for this one, unfortunately) ...but with a little Faith, Hope & Trust* we'll make it to the end of the line, where a Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow is shining for us. *Oh, and one thing I forgot... Pixie Dust. While the main supplier is temporarily down, we'll do our best to bring it to you here. But honestly, we ALL have a responsibility to be that for each other right now. I found Pluto! Look in the window before the huge transformation scene right after the Conga with Daisy! Right after Minnie jumps in the pipe, look for Pluto’s shadow! You can only see him in the 2nd car though.

Getting a tattoo of your favorite Disney characters a bad idea? I agree. I just got Jose Caricoca on my calf and I'm already planning on Figment on the other side of my calf. It's a bad idea because once you start you can't stop.
2:56 in the mini theatre if you look up before the pre show starts, on the ceiling light shade you can see the chinese character "米奇" which is mickey in chinese (not so hidden if you know the language)
I'm most excited for that because I think the presentation method for the Railway will allow Disneyland's version to be slightly (if not incredibly) different. They already have a much funner queue concept in mind, IMO!
Im gonna try and find all the hidden mickeys in the factory scene. So here we go 11:17 if you look real closely on almost the top of the roof you can see a spinning mickey head. 11:01 there is a upside down on almost the left in the Capsule. 11:09 Its on the wall clearly. 11:12 there is a mickey almost on the left which are gauges. 13:12 that machine on the left when you see the chimney like piston come down you can see a small mickey head which are also gauges. Thats all I could find. If you see more just tell me.

as much as I miss the GMR and I don't think this compares. but visually, this ride is absolutely stunning. looking at the ride it's hard to believe it's a ride and not a cartoon.
I was a part of the test and adjust team for this ride and it is videos like this that just get me so excited! The crab at the end is named Reddy and he does appear in ever scene except the tunnel and the twister. Also i would die for Chuuby
Got to hear Kevin Rafferty's small room at D23 Expo in 2019. He spoke for an hour, and everybody would have stay for many more if we could. Amazing guy, and given his tenure, has stories for miles!

The tunnel you come out of into the finale scene is tunnel 1901, the year Walt Disney was born. Runamuck Park bears a striking resemblance to Griffith Park - even has the carousel where Walt supposedly dreamed up the concept for Disneyland. I also feel that the barn in the beginning is Walt's train barn - the original now residing next to/in Griffith park.
The squid with the trumpet is a reference to the short “Wonders of the Deep” where Mickey and Donald witness the same Kraken shown there, just without the trumpet.
My favorite easter egg in the attraction is of the City News newspaper stand in the city scene that reads "Oswald Wins". It's just before entering the ballroom on the left, but you have to turn around since the cars don't face it
Love this video! Initially I noticed a few references to the Great Movie Ride but there were so many other fascinating Easter Eggs I never would've caught. And very cool to learn about Pluto's storyline it shows how he stays loyal even if it goes unnoticed. In the Disneyland version there’s a additional scene of the trumpet playing squid pulling a drain cork, and Pluto gets sucked down the drain only for his paws to come back up, and grab the picnic basket.

You were right about the twister thing! Where sorcerer Mickey was, it was originally supposed to be the Twister scene. But there were specifics in Disney's contract with MGM that made them cut the twister part. The way the area surrounding the screen of Sorcerer Mickey is part of what they built for the twister before they had to cut the twister scene out.
Someone Different Where, though? If you're talking about those characters that pass by, with one wearing blue clothes, those are just random canine-like characters. If you look closely, you'll see that they have a muzzle and a long tail, so they're definitely not Oswald nor Ortensia.
Not mentioned but i saw it in the ride for Daisy's Dance Studio during CONGA was a hidden Mickey in the mirror ball reflected lights on the walls. Some of the ''reflected''/projected lights were hidden Mickey's.
That thing that appears in the left window before you enter the factory in car 2 is not Pluto, it is also a crab, according to Drew The Disney Dude, a crab appears in every scene, but cannot be viewed in every car.
I know the mecanism of the factory turned into a park it's simple the architectures of the factory turn into trees but how !? the architectures aren't solid they're made with fabrics and they're hold by two bars to made a wall and when they turn into trees the two bars close together and make a tree form (with the progections ) that's it !

Boarding a train in a barn is probably an homage to Walt’s backyard miniature ride on railway. He kept his trains in a barn.

Mickey And Minnie's Runaway Railway is a worthy successor to The Great Movie Ride in most if not all aspects.
