30 degree base ko rotate karna hai jis se axis HP se 60 degree pe rahegi.

Edge inclination diya hai to us me check karna padega ki koi specific edge ka hi inclination to draw nahi karna na.

No dear. Isme third step me jo BASE EDGE ko rotate karna hai wo TRUE LENGTH hai. So no need of beta method.

Sir whether axis line should be light or dark as drawn in figure?

It is a long chain line. Use thin line to show it in a figure. I have drawn little bit darker so that you can identify it in a video with other lines.
(Also there will be no issue if you show it little bit darker than the dimension line).

A regular pentagonal pyramid (Edge of base 30 mm, Axis 70 mm) is
lying on VP with one of its triangular faces on VP. The axis of the
pyramid lies on an AIP (Auxiliary Inclined Plane) and the AIP makes
45° with HP. Draw the projections of the pyramid when the apex of
the pyramid lies closer to HP.
