I don't know what your plans are, but a flooring option for your shed-to-house would be to rip out the laminate flooring and lay down plywood and then finish it with polyurethane.
You have been blessed out of yer boots 👍🏼🙂 With all the physical difficulties you face, you still get out there and get the job done. People feel good about helping someone who tries hard to help themselves.
I volunteer for a charity organisation where we hand out food gift cards (essentially food stamps). After receiving a couple of cards, one young guy commented that he “just couldn’t be bothered getting a job.” Noted for next time he shows his lazy face 😏

Plantain is used in combination with Pine sap & Bees Wax to make Black Salve, a drawing salve for helping with spider bites, bug bites, splinters, and etc., The leaves can be made into a pultis to do help pull out poisons as well!
Per Google: Plantain is a highly nutritious wild edible, that is high in calcium and vitamins A, C, and K. It tastes simillar to spinach or chard. The young, tender leaves can be eaten raw in salads, and the older, white leaves can be boiled in stews or made into a tea (cover cleaned leaves with boiling water and let steep for 30 minutes. Drink 1 cup of tea hot or cold.) The seeds are also edible (try a quick pan fry of the seed "shoots" with garlic, salt and pepper, similar to an asparagus flavor). Plantain may improve digestion, enhance wound healing, and lower inflammation in the body. Note: ingesting large quantities can cause a drop in blood pressure, and diabetics on medication should be cautious because plantain can reduce blood glucose levels.
I should be eating Plantain! I know I've seen it, but not in my yard.

Hello Jeff, dont know but if there is at least 24 inches of space where the hot water tank was by sacrificing some counter space, you could get a stackable washer and dryer in there. You already have the water and electrical right there.

Jeff, I have been looking for Plantain I have elderberry plants all around my yard and all around the chicken yard. It give a great place for them to hide from the big Hawk that watches from the 60 foot Cypress tree in the neighbor's yard. The Adams Elderberry grows all through the southern states and ordered some of the John's Elderberry cuttings from MO.. I know you are working so hard but I suggest that you plant pumpkins, squash and watermelon seeds now. You only need to dig a few hills to plant them, The harvest will save you a lot of money for feed this fall.

If you hang something on the left side of the on demand hot water tank, like small pictures, a tiny shelf, or something like that it will disguise the off centered-ness of the tank.

Plantain's great for bug bites, stings, etc. Some people chew it up and spit it right on the bite, which is kinda gross, but just bruising the leaf and laying it on the bite will suffice.

Jeff you should reach out to every county 4h clubs I know that once a year our 4 h goes and buys a bunch of baby chicks and resales them to the public! Also feed stores will sell baby chicks occasionally. I ask our feed store why is it only a few times a year once in the spring and once in the fall and they said they would every Saturday if the chicks were available.
Hearing you mention the critters jumping into your runs by way of the trees...I'm like, man I hope you can get a LGD soon! Just a note, the GPS dog collars work! I know first hand from friends who use them on ranch properties. So you don't have to install a physical fence right away to keep your dog in.
Guard geese work well too at least during the day. They scare off just about everything during the day. At night they need to be in the coop with the chickens and trust me when I say they will alert you to anything that doesn’t belong at night!
