I haven't seen one single episode of the diAbolyte but I watched the reviews and reactions uploaded here on CZcams. However - everybody is free in liking or disliking stuff. I would love to see me as a fan myself. But in this difficult time I see (for me as a person) only the decision between
1. giving them my money and supporting the bad written content and motivating them to produce more stuff like this OR
2. Not giving them my money, not supporting the bad written content and not motivating them to produce more stuff like this. I am a fan of option no. 2 because I would like to watch content that is better and of higher quality. But we don't archieve this by supporting everthing that is worse and of lower quality. So, maybe we have a right that stories are produced and released because there is something that needs to be told. But it seems like Disney just wants our money...
In the end, the only thing that kept me on Disney+ was rewatching Recess and Pepper Ann. But, no more Disney+ after that.
I cancelled it before the first episode aired. Downloaded it the day after & quickly deleted it after suffering through episode 1. Haven’t watched anymore. I will re-new it for Andor season 2

Watched all 8 episodes .. and don't want a second season. 2 out of 10. Some good fight scenes but story/dialogue was horrible, characters had no descent development....flip flopping constantly on their motives and motivations. Just...no more please Disney....no more.

In the original trilogy, I didn't even care about Luke all that much and never got excited to see something just because Mark Hamill was in it. The scenes with Han Solo or Darth Vader in them are the best scenes. Even the Storm Troopers and Ewoks were more entertaining than Mark Hamill.

The vast number of fans that used to line up at theaters to see the latest Star Wars films, or buy Star Wars merchandise have drifted away, as they stopped caring for Star Wars a long time ago. Complaints are still feedback, and Mark should be grateful among the dwindling number of fans, there are still a few people who care about Star Wars, they are willing to express their feelings about the latest show.
Star Wars fans are consumers of an entertainment product. If you fundamentally change a product, consumers will react. And not always in a way that is favorable to the product. This is product design 101.
