Thank you for your review! I have been going back and forth on whether to get one or not and this helped me with the decision to get one!
I'm so glad it helped! I am still loving mine.
Thank you! We use the same curriculum and there are things we would like to bind as well.
There is also the ProClick, which some people rave over. I’m trying to decide which of the two would wrk best for our family.
Thanks again for this review!
Very informative and helpful video, thank you.
Thanks!
Thank you so much for such a fabulous and thorough review! 🌺🌋
This video is helpful, particularly since you chose the non-electric version. My question is what happens (jams ?) when one uses 32 lb. paper vs. 20 lb. paper? Other than less sheets per coil... thank you
I haven't personally used 32 lb paper but I have used cardstock and regularly use PVC cover sheets without any issues.
Oh wow!! Thank you. This helps so much!!
I'm so glad to hear that!
Outstanding Review
Thank you!
I just bought one of these and it clunks when the lever goes back up. It is kind of hard to push back up when using 6-8 pages. Is this normal or is mine defective?
Mine makes a noise when I push the handle all the way back up but it does it consistently whether 1 paper or more. Maybe check with the manufacturer.
@@OneMamaToAnother Thanks! I reached out to the company I purchased it from. We'll see what they say. It's not just a noise. It really seems as if the rods that punch through the holes is slightly misaligned.
Thanks for the helpful video! If you want to add a page to your book after its already bound, would it be difficult to rebind it?
It could be tricky just because of the crimp at the end you would need to straighten out. I have done it but it's not something I would want to do on a regular basis.
I am trying to bind music books that are about 12” tall? Would this binder work for that?
You might need to manually hole punch 1 or 2 at the end to make the spiral work. 11 and 1/2" paper works fine.
Can i spine with that machine that provides a proclik gbc clickman spiral machine
I'm not sure, I haven't used proclick.
Would you get the electronic one for the 200 page coils, or is it still easy enough to do it by hand?
It's tricky but I don't feel that the electric coil part is worth the cost.
Where did you purchase your machine? Amazon has it at nearly 4x the price you paid for yours!
The price fluctuates quite a bit so you just have to keep an eye on it.
Do you print your curriculum at home? If so what printer do you use?
I print some at home and some at our local library. Other items I buy already printed. For black & white, I have a Samsung ML-1665. For colour, I have an Epson Workforce but I wouldn't recommend it as it has given us quite a bit of trouble.
One Mama To Another okay thank you!!! I want a binding machine so bad after watching your video. Thank you for all the information and videos, very helpful!
Thank you!
Where did you print your sheets
Which sheets?
One Mama To Another the sheets for your books, I was wondering what kind of printer you used for your creative writing books
@@taj3grace689 Just regular 20lb white paper. I have an Epson Ecotank but these were printed on an older ink machine.
