Thanks fora comprehensive look at star link. Just hope monthly cost comes down so we can use it at home for 6 months, where we have to use useless satellite internet and use in the van when we are on more remote holidays

Seems I am not the only one who liked the review, the only negative I can find with starlink is if you want to reactivate after a pause you must have internet connection so will have to do so before setting out on a trip which will not have internet.

Put it this way, If I could mount to mrs to the roof and it got me signal, it would be down to the wire on who would share the bed with me 😂

Great video and great review cheers. Is there any limit to how long you can 'Pause' the service for ? am still deciding to purchase or not. Not travelling full time but will be travelling regularly and with the hardware at half price as I type, it could be a good bargain.
StarLink Roaming can be paused and reactivated at any time. Charges apply on monthly basis.

cel-fis are terrible! even with a permanent install, you have to aim the antenna right and its super unintuitive, ive had one for 3 years now and i only just learnt i had to do reverse polarisation between the donor and feeder antenna. best bet for internet in far remote areas is starlink, hands down
How does it go with using wifi / using “iMessage” and making/receiving calls?
