    When I'm depressed or feeling sad, I ride my motorcycle so after that ride I feel happy that how I deal with it. The ride through the forest and mountains early morning will clear my mind

For a relaxed life sit on a chair, back erect, eyes closed, be as still as possible and observe the sensations of your incoming--outgoing breath at the entrance of the nostrils for around 5-10-15 minutes or more. Don’t fight with your thoughts. Slowly the mind will relax. No deep inhalation-exhalation needed. Anytime of the day or night before sleep sit or lie down on your back and observe your breath.     Bro I've suffered through depression as well. And this is I guess my biggest learning from it. Your friend circle, people you spend time with, seriously have a very significant impact on your life. I was into mediation heavily. I was so influenced by beerbiceps mediation videos. But the friend circle I had last year was so damn negative. None of them had a drive and desire in life and they would always spread negativity. And due to that, I thought, why does mediation not help me sail through this depression? Later, I cut off those friends from my life and after focusing on my goal to score good marks in 12th boards, I made friends who are very positive, spread happiness and prosperity. And now when I spend time with them, I feel like I've meditated in a monastery ❤️. To everyone reading this, please choose your company vigilantly. Love to the universe ❣️🙌

    I am a teenage girl and I have been suffering from depression since I was very young. I am 17 now and I have been meditating for the last 4 years And to be honest, I used to be depressed most of the time but since I started meditating and yoga, my condition has improved a lot. So I would also recommend everyone to meditate.

    I'm suffering from Anxiety & clinical depression during this lockdown... but, I believe sometimes from bottom of my heart that this won't be stay permanent.... I consider it as my strict teacher who came to teach me something. 😌 so, yes!!!     Mere koi best friends, siblings, cousins ya relatives nahi hai jisse mein mere problems share kar saku... mere maa, papa koi mere baat sunte nahi hai bhayya... fir dhuk kisse baate... online mein bhi kisi par bharosa nahi kar sakte hai... isliye mein journal likhti hoon poore problems khatam tho nahi hote hai par thoda relief milthi hai... aur aap tho bilkul bada bhai ki tharah ho bhayya... glad I found your channel...

      @@AnuragSharma-dm4bu . To feel better reduce negative thoughts with a simple practice. Your breath and mind [brain] are closely related causing stress-anxiety. For a better life sit on a chair, neck straight, eyes closed and observe the sensations of your incoming--outgoing breath at the entrance of the nostrils for 5-10-15 minutes or more. Don’t fight your thoughts. Slowly the mind will relax. No deep breathing needed. Do the practice without any expectations. Change happens from within by itself. Day or night, when taking a walk, sitting in a park, when reading, at office, before sleep etc sit or lie down and observe your breath. Like me, make this a lifetime daily habit to have a good life. Reduce negative social media. Avoid constipation as it affects the mind instantly. Best wishes. Senior Counsellor.

    Ranveer You are non invasive medicine during pandemic. I passed through "prolonged Sadness" in the past and some divine force drive me to counselor that time who help me to got back to normal. I will pray God gives you all happiness which you have wish for.. Lots of Love brother.
