@Indian atheist Yeah, I know bro that's why I ride my motorcycle. I had gone through a depression and my motorcycle is the only thing that keeps me happy and when I feel sad or low at times I ride my motorcycle. Its like a therapy for me. I feel happy riding it anytime.

Bro I've suffered through depression as well. And this is I guess my biggest learning from it. Your friend circle, people you spend time with, seriously have a very significant impact on your life. I was into mediation heavily. I was so influenced by beerbiceps mediation videos. But the friend circle I had last year was so damn negative. None of them had a drive and desire in life and they would always spread negativity. And due to that, I thought, why does mediation not help me sail through this depression? Later, I cut off those friends from my life and after focusing on my goal to score good marks in 12th boards, I made friends who are very positive, spread happiness and prosperity. And now when I spend time with them, I feel like I've meditated in a monastery ❤️. To everyone reading this, please choose your company vigilantly. Love to the universe ❣️🙌

I am a teenage girl and I have been suffering from depression since I was very young. I am 17 now and I have been meditating for the last 4 years And to be honest, I used to be depressed most of the time but since I started meditating and yoga, my condition has improved a lot. I was into depression for more than 10 years but meditation helped me out to overcome.... we are blessed with the most sophisticated organic machine called BRAIN but the problem is that it doesn't come up with a user manual...
I'm suffering from Anxiety & clinical depression during this lockdown... but, I believe sometimes from bottom of my heart that this won't be stay permanent.... I consider it as my strict teacher who came to teach me something. 😌 so, yes!!! I will change my self..... the mistakes I've done in my past (about health, behaviour, social,,,) I will try not to do same mistakes in future..... for sure!

@@AnuragSharma-dm4bu . To feel better reduce negative thoughts with a simple practice. Your breath and mind [brain] are closely related causing stress-anxiety. For a better life sit on a chair, neck straight, eyes closed and observe the sensations of your incoming--outgoing breath at the entrance of the nostrils for 5-10-15 minutes or more. Don’t fight your thoughts. Slowly the mind will relax. No deep breathing needed. Do the practice without any expectations. Change happens from within by itself. Day or night, when taking a walk, sitting in a park, when reading, at office, before sleep etc sit or lie down and observe your breath. Like me, make this a lifetime daily habit to have a good life. Reduce negative social media. Avoid constipation as it affects the mind instantly. Best wishes. Senior Counsellor.
