Hi what can we take for silent acid
My chiropractor suggested it for a body pain that wouldn’t go away (plantar fasciitis to be exact), and it was like a miracle. He uses it for all kinds of pains. It also cured my hotflashes.
What does he use? Betaine HCL or Pepcid?

I stop taking ppi,started taking betaine hcl with pepsin but my esafugus hasnt heal yet. I was asking google the same thing,if I can take HCL if my esafogus hasnt healed yet?,"it never came back with an answer. 4 days barely and I do have to sleep inclined at night. So how do I heal my esafugus first before getting back on HCL with peosin??
What about prelief..? It seems to help me a lot.. And I've talked to a lot of other people. That told me that it's been a game changer
Thanks for sharing. I've never used it. Looks like it lowers acid in food, which does not seem like a bad idea. What we worry about with acid lowering medications is suppressing our stomach ability to produce acid (which is needed for digestion and protection). Prelief looks good but will have to research it. Thanks
That was a little confusing. So we do not take pepsid if we have reflux or LPR? Fomotaine was recommended to me for acid reflux and lump in throat??😢😢😢
Don't take HCL capsules with pepsin enzyme. These can worsen reflux or LPR initially. I think you're referring to Pepcid medication, which is an H2 blocker and lowers acid production.

I took betaine hcl with pepsin for my hiatal hernia and acid reflux for a mont and it made my gerd worse than ever. I now have heartburn every single day
Sorry to hear that. Yes, that's why I'm super careful with adding HCL and pepsin enzymes early on and try to focus on healing first
@@NourZibdeh I have my appointment for planing my hiatal hernia surgery next month. I had an endoscopy today and have barrets esophagus. Enough is enough. I should have pursued surgery way sooner

However if you go through the Linx route,it has a high success rate and they can fix your hiatal hernia during the surgery. After that,start a clean diet and you can recover from that Barrets esophagus,Trust me I did Alot of digging. People have recovered from that so that they don't get esophagus cancer.
