Dimroth condenser manufacturing process

In this video, we’ll show you the manufacturing process for handmade glass Dimroth condensers for laboratories at our glassblowing factory.

The glassblowers use a technical drawing template, depending on the piece, they blow glass tubes or rods. For these steps, they use blowing benches, vacuum systems, versatile lathes and other glassblowing tools. The last step is a thorough quality control program to determine the glassblowing workmanship, maximising the absence of flaws in the glassware regarding aesthetic, functional and dimensional features (according to the templates).
