I love how easily the horse trots and canters for Mark. Anyone who is familiar with the training of horses KNOWS it's not mark doing the work. The horse is broke knows the routine in and out and has done it a dozen times. Kudos for Mark for going out of his comfort zone though👏 You can see he and the horse bonded

It was my birthday and I went horse riding with my cousin, horse riding ha seen my dream for a long time, anyway back to how it went, my horses name was Snowy and he was in his 20s, a good beginners horse, he was so sweet, when we started riding he ate everything he could whenever he had a chance

I keep just observing Barney’s body language. You can tell that he’s very comfortable even though Mark is nervous while riding him. You also can tell how well trained he is. He turns his ears backwards towards Mark to listen to his commands (and praises 🥰)
I think differently. Barney is very comfortable with Mark but he is very over-worked. He is trained well but is very nervous. I don't want to assume, but he doesn't seem like he is in the best home.

I love watching Mark interact with people who don't know him at all, they always just have this look of what the fuck but continue trying to be normal human beings and Mark just bashes any chances of a normal interaction

Most of the time when a CZcamsr does stuff like that they got practice beforehand off camera cause places like this don’t just let anyone just start riding horses you have to have proof that you can.

When my appaloosa was still alive I could put my 6 year old niece on him and send him into the woods and back I always figured most people had their horses trained to that level 🤷♂️
It’s not just training. It’s the horses’ mentality. It’s a combination of a calm, and well trained horse. His ears are all over the place but he’s very calm and still.
@Laura Martin-Falla the way Barney's ears were most of the time was pretty much saying that he was uncomfortable, also the way he chewed on his bit a lot said the same thing. I mean Mark did absolutely fabulously for his first time, but the way he was taught to do some things weren't very horse friendly... For example you should never actually kick a horse, just lightly squeeze with your calves. Really made me cringe how she told him to kick harder to ask for canter, as that's wrong on so many levels.
@Laura Martin-Falla I feel kinda bad too :/ I mean horses can literally feel a fly land on their skin, so kicking them can really hurt. Even tho they are big animals, they're more sensitive than us humans. The proper canter aid is literally just to slide one of your legs back a little and squeeze with the calves, no kicking needed.
