Marlon. Long time. Happy Monday. Single story 2800sq ft home. Yesssss 🙌🏼. Like the front elevation but not the gate. Yesss. Spacious entry. Marlon. The staging is lovely. The light color scheme on point. First office/ bedroom closet is grand. Second bedroom has an en-suite 🙌🏼. Marlon. Don’t mash up the peoples house. 😂. So the first bed/office would use the hall bathroom around the corner. Amazing laundry. Cabinetry sink and counter. Definitely could have a longer or wider table. Huge island with storage. Gourmet kitchen. Gas community 🙌🏼. Don’t like the backsplash but it works. Would want the sink on the lanai and the stove where the sink is under the windows Covered lanai. The lizard 🦎 ran across the table 😳🤣. It’s so bright. Can’t see if there’s room for a pool. Would be amazing if could. Well you just said imagine a pool so 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼. Spacious private entry master. Omg. The shower. Don’t even need the tub. NYC studio apt is the closet is right. Lovely home Marlon. Thanks so much and see you next video.

They actually sold out of this floorplan but it would have ran you close to $600k for something similar in this clermont area.
