so im going to say what i want it to be
*Defensive adaptation*: what it does is that when you get hit by a projectile, and then get hit bye the same projectile youl take less damage (aplies to skunas m1 and his 3 move), and that when you m1 damage you heal hp when in mahoraga.
*Attacking adaptation*: what it does is that the close attacks like m1s (not counting sukunas) will do less damage (ex: the black flash of yuji) and your m1 and moves will do more damage.
*the blue star/Domain adaptation*: what it does is when you enter a domain and you enter with the blue star you will adapt to it lets say gojo activates domain you will not be parilaized by the domain ofc if you change to another adaptaion you will be stunned as you sopossed to. For sukuna the domain will do less damage and sukuna while in the domain will do less damage to you again if you change to another adaptation th sukuna domain/sukuna will do normal damage. and for hakaris domain/reslis gambler when in the domain hakari will do no damage to you.

I heard this from a source but apparently here’s how each one works
Special (blue) - adapts to gojo moves
Defence (Green) - adapts to Hakari Moves
Attack (Red) - Adapts to Sukuna Moves
