Welcome to my LA apartment tour. What $2800 can get you in Los Angeles, California. I am moving out of this apartment - which is why I am posting the video now. I just bought my own condo / house (YAYYY, teaser at the end), so thought it was time to show you my place I called home for 1.5 years. It is a beautiful 1 bed 1 bath that was VERY spacious for me. Over 700 sq ft. Priority for me was finding a good neighborhood in LA to live in that was near my day job, influencer events, the beach, freeways… but most importantly SAFETY! I love my area. Super safe. And I am so blessed and lucky to live somewhere like this at such a young age by myself and to be able to afford it by myself. Very grateful. Can’t wait to show you all my new home next.

I also want to mention, there are other price options available in LA -- it all depends on building, area, luck...For me things that were priority: dedicated parking, safety, easy access for both my jobs. Something I was willing to trade off was natural lighting in the living room. This space only got good lighting in the bedroom around noon and then it would set. Ideally, as a creator (and any space tbh), we all love bright natural lighting. Living alone was also something I wanted to invest in because I am a creator and I also have. day job. So I work around the clock at all times, so I didn't want my lifestyle to hinder a roommate haha. or the packages LOL.
