I subscribed after you said " Get these part to the people that need them instead of them just sitting" VS the people that complain that the cars were wasting away.....not thinking about how all this was considered scrap in the 1980s. Somebody put the energy into saving it all from scrappers.

    Amazing stash!
It's a weird feeling seeing cars you grew up with, cars that were new when you were in high school looking like they have been sitting for 40-50 years... because it actually HAS been 50 years! These cars are equivalent to looking at cars from the 1920s back when I was 17. Just saying, sometimes it just hits ya - the whole Time concept. Soak it up, soak it in you young fellers.

I’d love to have that 74 Road Runner/GTX Promo model!!
I had a 74 Road Runner back in 1981 and had it thru the 90’s. That was the first car I truly fell in love with!! It was like your first girlfriend. Except, I’ve missed that car every day since. It was a beautiful Road Runner and I have vowed to have another one one day! I also had a 66 barracuda and loved the gold one till you said it wasn’t for sale. I also had a 67 barracuda convertible too. Oh so many good mopars and memories!! Man, I want them all!!
What an incredible find guys, and tons and tons, and even some metric tons of work you guys have ahead of you but it’s so worth it! I Know there are guys out there needing These parts or cars! You are going to make some grown men cry man!! And I will probly be one of them!! What is the story behind this collection or did you already do a video on that and I just missed it? I can’t believe all these Mopar parts In one spot!! My area has several big Mopar collectors and I wonder if they need anything and then it only has to come to NC instead of Utah. I’ll check into it for ya
Great video guys, Take care, be safe out there and in your travels back home!!

I've been a Mopar fan since university (78-81).
One of the guys I hung around with, his MOM had a 69 Charger. He thought that it was a 440 Magnum, with an automatic.
So, one night 5 of us went out for coffee in this car. It had 90,000 miles on it and he was complaining all night about how badly out of tune it was. We had 3 adult males in the back seat, and our shoulders didn't touch - these are huge cars ...
So, after coffee we are pointing north and my buddy wants to go south. He idles into the intersection and then puts his foot on the floor. The engine roars, the exhaust blares and the tires howl - half-way up the street I can pry myself out of the back seat cushions to look back at the intersection: the intersection is FULL of blue smoke and there are two solid black stripes all the way around the intersection and coming up to meet us - still spinning!
90,000 miles and badly out of tune with 5 grown adults in the car!
I've been a Mopar fan ever since.

@@mikestang679 well, your version SOUNDS more upbeat,,, but a guy who learned the significance of some of those cars,, and managed to get a few of the really cool ones pulled together for himself, doesn't win the lottery, first of all, Murphy is against regular folk being THAT kind of lucky,,,, THEN,,, He wouldn't dump all his toys, he'd at least take the top 5 or so, and put them up into top shape. Lastly,, I don't think he'd relo to a tower of any name in Florida because insane good luck and insane bad luck are only a heartbeat apart once you've lived life long enough to discover grey hair,,, winning the lottery then buying a room in a tower in Florida with a name alien to where your heart lies,,,, well that would be screaming out to Murphy to come visit you and drop said tower on your head.... what they don't tell us in our early years, is that age and treachery will always overcome youth and skill.
I saw Steve Magnante interview this gent and he certainly had learned about grey hair. And I would bet he could testify about Murphy being cruel and heartless in so many ways in life, that you'd beg him to stop, WAY BEFORE he gets to the part about zoning boards and neighborhood associations....
