    What can replace Shao Xing wine? Rice wine vinegar or red wine vinegar?

    • @CookingAhPa
      @CookingAhPa  Před 2 lety

      Any other cooking wine. If cannot take alcohol then just omit the wine.

    If i use a 2kg normal chicken (not kampung chicken) how many minutes should I boil the chicken? Thank you

    • @CookingAhPa
      @CookingAhPa  Před 3 lety

      30mins at least, just double check by poking a chopstick into the chicken, if got blood water coming out, then meaning not ready yet

  • @Mrhawklanz

    Question. Can I use canned pineapple for the chilli sauce. And how long can I store the chilli in the fridge

    • @CookingAhPa
      @CookingAhPa  Před 3 lety

      Fresh ones is better bcos of its natural sourish flavour. I will try to finish the chili within one week or so.
