EASY HAINANESE CHICKEN RICE

5 cups water
1 1/2 kg chicken, preferably leg quarter part
1 tablespoon grated ginger
1 tablespoon grated garlic
1/4 cup patis
1 teaspoon salt
1-2 teaspoons chicken powder
Sauce:
1-2 cups grated ginger
Sesame oil
Plain oil
Salt, to taste
To serve:
Oyster sauce
Chili sauce
Spring onions

Ito rin ang lunch namin kahapon. Although na pahirapan ng lemon grass at ng ibang sangkap but so far perfect naman po ang luto. Galing po kami ng Singapore mahigit 1 yr na po dito ngayon sa Ireland.
