@@Adrian-kb4rg , i only ask because i understand that sand sculptures are "impermanent" art; however, i couldn't imagine working on a design that takes 3 weeks, and half-way through, some weather destroys😩 I would be devastated

I'm trying out carving from ground level and below is helping.
It often helps to start where the beach is already wet and packed
but where the tide has pulled away towards the ocean.
So these kind of sand castles tend to only get "tall"
from the ground level and below. 🙂

Like if they are planning to build one of those huge sandcastles and there half way through building the sandcastle and when they went home for the day and it’s rains at the beach they were building that night they’ll look out the window and they will be like noooooooooooooooo all of our work we were so close to finishing a really huge sandcastle we now have to start all over again noooooooooooo

Sorry NOT impressive at all. Considering you can just take a front end loader or excavator and just dig and dump sand until you get the biggest pile in the world and then just sculpt it from the top down. Its just a matter of who has the most time and can gather the most sand. Meh. Moving on
