Best possible configuration for a coach gun I've seen so far! I use only the bottom pic rail with a SureFire Scout Light. That fiber front sight is perfect.
I have about eight Stoeger shotguns in both side by side and over/under versions. I have been wanting the Double Defense versions in both side by side and over/under version but every time I look into purchasing one, no one has it in stock. Becoming frustrated I went on ahead a purchased several double barrell bolt on rail adaptors and converted my shotguns to tactical. Works great and I'm satisfied with the outcome.
I got one of these, good pig gun for short range. I put a red dot on top and a flashlight under the front with the extra rail. My mates call it my "7/11 gun".
I got this in Australia and have had both barrels go off, lucky i was just using clay shells. Bit of a surprise though. Breaks down nice to go into a backpack for hunting trips, i carry the shotty a friend carries a box of ammo so we can hit bunnies if there are no deer around
Both barrels firing at the same time is the reason I would buy the gun. It seems to have good manueverability & It would be a good back up gun if I were out in the wilderness...especially if some forest services get-all authoritarian about having personal protection
Is your break action stiff? I have the o/u model and when I got it it was really stiff. I’ve heard that’s because of the internal hammers and I’ve managed to loosen it up so that it’s useable, but I’m probably gonna have it polished next smith trip anyway. I’m curious if yours came stiff too?
If you had too choose between this or the cz hammer coach gun which one??Ik there’s different coach guns out there but This and the cz hammer coach are my favorite
I like both the CZ and double defense a lot. They have some differences that I feel like could lead folks to the CZ since the single trigger design of the Double Defense isn’t for everyone.
CZ makes some great guns, (made in Turkey nowadays ) I will always go double trigger. they never fail. When a single trigger fails it is usually related to the safety mechanism. Sears not engaging properly. due to debris left in action from factory or rust build up.
Hey mate. This is what I've found. If your too gentle on the trigger it will bump fire the second barrel instantly. I thought it was twin firing, however my friend who was standing 90 degrees of me insisted that it was 2 distinct shots albeit extremely close together. You should experiment with this info because I can get it to deliberately achieve this now with a bit of practice. It must have just short enough reset to make this happen. So. Slow progressive finger and rigid stance, she'll twin if you want.
Good all round gun it's short and good for the hallway and truck I've had mine for 5years and it hasn't missed a beat it eats just about any ammo from 7.5bird shot to 1oz slugs
I'm probably late to the party but, the "doubling" that it's doing is probably user error. People shooting it are somehow allowing their finger to trip the trigger again, during recoil.
The gun itself and its over/under version are POINTLESS but it is so fun to play with at the range. Don't know why it's so much fun but it is. Something about the double barrel and and its loading/unloading. I loved the coach gun and this one is just as fun with the tactical meme err theme of it.
Useless, one the Contrary. A great rugged simple Platform. We shoot Deer Turkey in the South and Club members LOVE the OU outback. 20" barrel, Mobile Chokes and total reliability. Very under rated gun. (And we shoot one heck of a lot of rounds. We Pattern Buckshot all year round. Love them. .
I have one and every time my daughter shoots it it fires both barrels and when I shoot it it’s one at a time. I have watched her shoot and I believe she is bump firing it.
From what I've read, both barrels going off seems to be caused by people not allowing the trigger to reset fully after firing. Something like that, there's a smarter way of saying that.
tactical (mount a scope on the rail) double barrel great for 45 70 sniper conversion and leave the other barrel for 12 gauge. It is like having a sniper rifle with an under barrel shotgun if you have the over and under version.
I always find it interesting when Americans list capacity as a problem with pump action shotguns. If 7 rounds of 12 gauge isn't enough, what kind of country are you living in? Sounds like a war zone!

Thanks for sharing now I like the double barrel shotguns! 🦾
The Stoeger Condor Outback over/under with 20” barrels takes choke tubes. I have mine set up mod/mod and it shoots great.

Danger...dont touch....
Incredible
Nice shotgun, just subscribed
Appreciate you subscribing. We have more content on the way.
Is cooler when you put the duel knife attachment

It was really stiff. I cleaned the action after each use and it loosened up. But when I first got it, it was really tough to break open.

A tactical dpouble barrel shotgun, my recoil made me cough and then laugh 👀👀👀😆😆🫶

My safety only works if I put it on manually other than that it goes boom every time I pull the trigger
My safety resets when I reload. I agree. It’s really maneuverable and very versatile. Great truck gun and it’s been reliable.

I have one, it fired both barrels one time....hasnt done it since. Not sure what the deal was.

A single trigger on a sxs is an abomination
Pictino Rail 👀👀
😎

Remove stock..lube the hamners..easy fix.

Can it come with an ejector?
They don’t to my knowledge but I personally feel like it would make it a more practical firearm.
@@kentuckygunslingers right. Still looking to get one but that will make me hesitate between that and another gun I’m looking at
The Defense isnt for Cowboy Action Shooting so why they didnt put ejectors in it? For self defense I also would disable the safety.
10 gauge as well

DO NOT SHOOT SLUGS THROUGH IT. It cracked my stock up
Wow!! That is no good at all.
Yeah…well…I want one
2:06 - Ports (porting), not Vents.
How much did you pay for it?
It was around $400. Last time I saw one it was $450 which 400-500 is pretty standard for a lot of Stoeger coach guns.
@@kentuckygunslingers ok thank you
I thought it shot from right barrel to left
I thought that it shot from the right barrell then the left barrell as well.
I checked one out and didn't like it. Felt cheap for some reason.
I think the stock is synthetic.

yes
@@CWfist your mom is a warzone
America is a war zone... that is why we need AR15 with a stack of 30 rounds magazines
@@CWfist Why doesn't your mom explain it
If more or bigger is available it makes some people insecure.

Worst video I have seen yet…. 5 plus minutes and he literally only put his finger on the gun twice….
My least favorite gun
