That looks great! Might need to try it sans whiskey
Go for it. It will change the flavor but you could go rum if you wanted.
Definitely a spring-y cocktail! Melon liqueur in cocktails = love, especially with the color. Damn I need some Jameson to make this...

I'm very curious about the original recipe that knocked everyone out though... was it literally double everything? That sounds deadly 😂
Thank you. Please let me know what you think. And yes it was double everything. It is very easy to drink.
"Bartender's ketchup?" hahahaha little by little this is becoming Kitchen on the Rocks. :@)
Thank you David for the great recipe. Looks really good. Cheers!

Hello Pancho here from Portugal,,,this one seems to be very delicious,,,,here in Portugal we got a liquor named pisang ambon,,I don´t know if you heard about it,,,it´s a liquor made from bananas, but its green and it taste like candy,,,very good CHEERS
Thank you, I will try too find some. and yes this is really good.
Interestingly, the humble potato came from South America and did not make its way to Europe until the mid-1500s
I did not know that,
I find that melon liqueur if very sour
It actually works really well in this.
...all I got is Irish Mist on crushed Ice mixed with O J..short glass...
That sounds really good.
Easy IS better
You got that right!!
Could you use gin instead of vodka 🤔
You could. Ideally something that has more citrus notes and less of the pine and juniper.
If you do try it with gin. let me know how it turns out for you.
Wait this isn't a soap commercial?
It's Irish soap for your insides!!
Isn't Irish Spring soap? lol
Well there is that. So I guess this is soap for your insides...
