First start up of my 04' CPI Oliver City and new paint job coming soon.
Engine: CPI Motor cut and stuffed to fit cylinder
Carb: 28mm PWK OKO
Manifold: CT
Reed cage: V Force 3 with 5mm spacer
Cylinder: Stage 6 Racing MKII 12mm air cooled for CPI/Vento
Crank shaft: Stage 6 HPC 12mm (CPI HPC version is not compatible with R/T ignition)
Ignition: Stage 6 R/T
Spark plug: NGK Iridium
Exhaust: Stage 6 R1400
Variator: Malossi Over Range
Belt: Malossi Over Range M6111108
Rear pulley: Malossi Over Range
Clutch: Malossi Fly 110mm (Delta clutch coming soon)
Clutch bell: Naraku CNC 112mm
Gear up kit: Top Racing 21% secondary (I have a review on Racingplanetusa.com that helps with what parts to purchase and install)
Tires: kenda 100/60-12 I just like the lopro look and I sacrificed top speed for acceleration. Original tire sizes are front 120/70-12 and the rear is 130/70-12.

what size rim? 12x2.5?

You can get just about everything you need for your CPI from either racingplanetusa.com or scootertuning.ca
If you plan to go for the higher end parts the only limiting part of the engine cases will be gearing, but don’t let that stop you.
