Puchka- aloo is smashed with spices and onion
Golgapa- boiled aloo are cut into pieces and seasoned with salt and chilli
Panipuri- the filling is sort of curry type ..not boiled aloo

You should definitely try gol gappas near sold near gulabi bagh mandir it's actually boat shaped rather than normal shape of gol gappe that u get in most of the places , but they taste AWESOME

Phuchkas are no where close to golgappa. Phuchkas are so thin made with wheat only and served with pyaz aloo plus imli ka pani

Great video. but adding a place for you to search - Try going to chaat corner behind roopak masale store in karol bagh gaffar market the golgappas and aloo chaat and bhalle paapdi chaat is the best. reasonable and quite tasty.

In golgappas, i think pani is more flavourful than filling ,,, puchkas has spicy nd tangy filling, but pani is normal. Nd pani puri has ragda nd it is in li'll runny form.
