Wala nang ibang sinabi kundi "hindi ko trabaho yan", "tumiwalag na ako sa gabinete", "et cetera et cetera". Kung wala rin naman silbi ang vice president sa ibang issues ng bansa, tanggalin na lang! Yung PAG IBIG, housing, etc kayang pamunuan ng iba yan, kung yan lang din ang ttrabahuhin mo, wag na lang mag elect ng vice president, dagdag gastos lang sa Pilipinas yung pinapasweldo sayo. Ang lakas pa ng loob mong magreklamo na walang ginagawa yung administrasyon (na lahat pinoproblema ultimo baradong kalye sa EDSA), eh ikaw nga you don't go beyond your call of duty. is there anyone out there not annoyed by his speeches? almost every sentence he ends up with an "ah" or was it "ha" ? aren't you irritated with that ?
he doesn't know what the role of a vice president is? then why is he running in the first place?
he detached himself from the administration by resigning? then why is he the vice president? a lot of inconsistencies and annoying "ahs/uh/ha". 😁 😁 😁

Ganon ba?! Hindi alam ng VP ang role niya!!! Kung ganon, ang role ba ng VP ay dapat agaw eksena ng papel ng presidente at ang VP ay dapat mamumuno sa lahat ng mga departmento sa executive branch? Tama si Binay nung sinabi nyang "poverty is caused by poor leadership" pero mas maganda din siguro sinabi nyang poverty is also caused by lack of commitment from the citizens to improve themselves. Di namn lahat ng pangangailangan ng tao kaya ibigay ng gobyerno. Sa isang bangka, para makarating ka sa paroroonan ng mas mabilis at maginhawa dapat lahat sumasagwan. At some end, Binay has a point why he's not meddling with the affairs of other govt agencies. What he lacked was an analogy to elaborate his point like how a PE teacher can only go as far as to suggest to a Physics teacher that badminton might require knowledge on aerodynamics, and that it's good if the concept will be included in the syllabus. But there's no way he can force it in as the assigned teacher might have already finalized some plans. Cooperation is encouraged but it's best done if you do your job and you do it well.
And whats annoying is that even though you did your job good, others will blame the failure of your members to you because your in the same group. D ko alam kung bakit puro pambabash lng ang nababasa ko sa comment pero atleast may kasama akong medyo naiintindihan ang siwasyon ni VP binay. To make things clear d ako pro binay, d2 lng sa vid na to kasi prng d makaintindi ung ibang nagtatanong (in some parts of the video) at medyo nababastusan ako s ibang nagtanong.

The students from the U.P asked very intelligent questions and they were given very dumb answers. At some point I thought Binay was speaking alien language with all of his nonsense and excuses.

As a government official or I must say as a second highest position in our country you must do your responsibilities whether it's your job nor not. If you really care about our beloved country you should do your job, if you think that the president is not doing his job so it's your job to do it. Based on the answers you gave I don't think people will vote you. People nowadays becomes wiser and wiser. People elected you because they have believe in you. So don't break the trust that the people gave to you.

The question that should have been asked is "why have you not left the administration early on when you noticed that you are being treated as a spare tire or not given enough authority or to voice your thoughts on key issues?"

for those students who do not understand what binay meant by inclusive growth is to open the country to foreign investments. bring the jobs here in the country instead of sending out filipinos as OFW's. aquino's admin wants foreigners to invest of filipino companies, that is what is happening already and it is not inclusive. filipino companies are not enough to employ more people. this is the same strategy that he did in makati. he opened makati by lowering taxes to businessmen, as a result many businessmen invested in that city increasing the city revenues that he pools in to medical assistance and free cakes to makati residents. this also created many jobs that many people flock to makati.

+Christian Paul Baustista Zarate Hello po. Yung cinopy paste nyo po ay FUNCTIONS OF THE OFFICE OF THE VICE PRESIDENT and not the VICE PRESIDENT ITSELF. According po sa CONSTITUTION wala po talagang SPECIFIC FUNCTION ang isang VP UNLESS he assume or designated a member of the CABINET by the president or yun nga mamatay, magresign or hindi na magawa ng maayos ng isang presidente ang katungkulan nya. Yun lang po ang point ko dito. Na yung cinopy paste nyo pong functions ay gagana lamang kung cabinet member sya which in his case, he was never appointed naman by PNOY. Instead sa other office of the gov't sya itinalaga which I'm not sure kung okay naman ang pamamahala nya. Please don't judge me na pro Binay or pro Administration dahil wala po akong kinakampihan sa kanila. Binase ko lang po yung comment ko sa narinig dito at natutunan ko nung kumuha ako ng Political Science subject nung undergrad ko. 😊 And if you'll ask me kung iboboto ko sya if ever? I guess political dynasty is not entirely the politician's fault, people who, knowing that the candidate is a politicians' relative, vote them blindly is also at fault (since they won't win if they weren't voted unless something fishy happens). I don't find any problem with political dynasty as long as the elected ones are capable and deserves the position.

The fact, a government that is ran by a single family/clan will have an easier greater access for corruption. Ika nga, "blood is thicker that water" a family always have each other's back. Now you're telling me it's okay to allow more members of a single family to govern our state and have access to it's system. Aren't you even aware of the nature of politician's, especially the here in the Philippines? Binay has even perfectly displayed it, right in front of you in this video. He's manipulative, foul, and doesn't really care about his country. But what baffled me the most was his stupidity, as he mistook our elite student's for the typical sheep voter.
That's why I included that the elected ones should be 'capable' and 'deserving'. I agree that some politicians abuse their power and use their relatives who are also in the authority to have more access but there are still some that are 'branded' just because they are relative of another politician which is considered stereotyping. Saying that it's natural to politicians to corrupt and abuse their power is wrong. I'm fully aware that corruption is uncontrollable these days but it's wrong to say it's only natural for Philippine politicians to do such things because saying that's it's only natural is same as saying that we can't do anything against it. And I'm not saying that I'm on Binay's side (I'm not really) but what's my point in my previous comment is that it's not just the politicians who should change, the voters should also be responsible in choosing the people that are deserving in the position and not just them because they are related to some politician.
What I see wrong about the question was they ask "what did you do as a VP to......". So in his defense he can only say "its not my job or I'm not part of it because of ......" which is correct because of the limitations in his scope of work as a VP. It's much better to not include his current position in the questions and issue. But I would say that most of his answers were off mostly on where he gets his campaign advertisement funds and the situation of job security.

Here’s my reason why am I rooting for Mayor Rudy “The Punisher” Duterte, and I believed every Filipino should do. I’m not debating to anyone; this is my personal help not for Mayor Duterte but for the People of the Philippines for the future of Filipino Generation. This is my revision since I think I messed up some of the information.
I’m not saying that other candidates are not capable of, but for my personal perception I would prefer Mayor Duterte first and clean up the messy society then after his term the rest can follow.
1. Illegal drugs, Corruption and Criminality - Any nation big and small, this epidemic should be address. The Philippines as a Country will not and will never prosper the same as what other nations such as Singapore without eradicating this menace happening in our Country. Isipin nyo nalang, sino po ba ang investor big and small na gustong mag invest sa magulong Bansa? Sa Asia halos lahat ng ating kapitbahay na bansa ay may death penalty, this is to control ang crime in society para ilagay sa utak ng taong bayan na bago pa man sya mang rape at pumatay or mag planong gumawa ng laboratory ng shabu, o mangurakot ay makapagisip ito na buhay nya ang kapalit. Siguro naman lahat tyo umiiwas at hanggat maari ayaw pang mamatay, so common sense po ito. Kaya hinde mapagkaila na mga Big time international drug syndicate ay sa Pinas nag pupugad dahil wala tyong death penalty, hinde katulad sa Malaysia, Indonesia, China, South Korea, Singapore, Japan at etc na may Death Penalty.
I’m an OFW here in Singapore, and I can vouched that sometimes I feel sad and hurt at mainggit sa nakikita ko. Hinde po ako naiingit sa mga gamit o sa mga kung anu ano, ang kinaiingitan ko ay ung security at pagiging safe ng mga citizen nito. Like during New year celebration, makikita mo ung mga pamilya, magkakaibigang mga dalagingging, dalaga, binate, and even mga bata nasa Marina Bay ng madaling araw na at wala mang pangambang may masamang mangyayari sa kanila. As if they are ignorant to any crimes that may take place in any moment because they not use to it. Kahit ung pinakasikat na Marina Bay Sands hotel/casino/Shoppe’s/theme park ay walang security guard na di baril, they don’t even closed the door on the shoopes, pwede po kyo labas/pasok kahit anong oras (although sarado na mga tindahan). Kahit nga ung mga naglalaro sa Casino natutulog lang sa bench sa may park mag aantay ng 6AM for MRT, and to think that everyone in Singapore carries a Smart phone (Branded). Ito pa ang malupet, pag tuwing lunch sa food court, locals here to just save ung table para hinde maagaw ung mesa nilalagay nila ang kanilang Phone or di kaya wallet para ibig sabihin may nag save na sa mesang yon.
That’s the main reason why a lot of investor is investing in Singapore, they know that their investment is secure and so they will prosper and with that makakapagbigay sila ng madaming trabaho at tax sa Government. Anyway ano ba ang pinagkakaiba ng Singapore at Pinas? We’ll ang Singapore ay halos kasing laki lang ito ng Metro Manila at wala itong yamang lupa katulad ng Minerals, Oil, Agriculture at kahit tubig nito ay binibili sa Malaysia. Ang populasyon pa nga nito ay nasa 3 Million lamang ngunit madaming trabaho kaya ito kumukuha at tumatanggap ng mga foreign workers all over the world kasi kulang ang kanilang manpower while ang Philippines meron na po lahat, may yamang lupa katulad ng Minerals, Oil, Agriculture, tubig, power at yamang dagat. At isa sa may batang population sa buong mundo in terms of manpower ngunit dahil sa kriminalidad, wala talagang may gustong mag invest satin. Kahit na anong gawin nating demand sa politico, wala pa ring trabaho dahil hinde naman investor ang mga politico natin, in fact pumupunta sila sa ibat ibang bansa para mang convince ng investor.
Please take note, mas mayaman pa tyo sa Singapore, South Korea at China noon. Singapore in 1950’s is a 3rd world country and you can search it on google but then sa maikling panahon lang nilamon ang pinas nito na hanggang ngayon ang palitan ay SG$1=Php33.
Naniniwala akong hinde ito ma zero ni Mayor Duterte sa loob ng 3-6 months, ngunit naniniwala din ako na sa loob ng 3-6 months malaki at mapapansin talaga ang mangyayaring kabawasan sa illegal drugs at krimen. Siguro nasa 70-80 percent ang malagas nito, dahil katulad lamang ng Singapore kahit na higpit nito at halos lahat ng parti nito ay may CCTV meron pa rin drugs na nakakalusot ngunit hinde ito kasing grabe ng sa Pinas.
So I don’t see any politician that capable of mass eradication of this menace society than that Mayor Duterte.

2. Federalism - We as a nation, really needed to be Federal Government. Duterte’s Federalism Government Platform is actually a platform for the people, because for example if you live and work in Bicol, Ilocandia, Visayas, Mindanao or regions that outside of Metro Manila your tax money will go to your local Government. From there if your place/region will have issue your money will be use to fix it or even if your local government able to save enough they can improve your place/region’s infrastructure maybe a Train/MRT, Bridges, and etc. Hinde katulad sa current System, ang problem sa Metro Manila sa MRT and etc lahat ng nasa region outside Metro Manila will pay for it even though you are not using the MRT. That’s the reason why the richest in the Philippines won’t and don’t want to let the people (especially ang masa) to have an idea regarding the Federalism para every year pag na collect na ung pera sa buong bansa ang pinakamalaki ay mapupunta sa Metro Manila, so that means the Lion share of Billions of pesos ay iikot lamang sa Metro Manila so their business will always boom and they will always prosper year by year.
Do you know that Philippines in 1960-1970’s ay isa sa pinakamayaman na bansa sa ASEAN at ASIA? Mas mayaman pa tyo sa China, Singapore, and South Korea. South Korea even looks us up as Big Brother. Again ang problema gustong kontrolin ng mayayaman ang Philippines and they are called Oligarch, sa kanila nalang iikot ang opportunity at karamihan satin magiging empleyado nalang for life. Imagine ikaw gusto mo mag negosyo kaso wala kang pampuhunan at mangungutang ka sa Bank na malaki ang interest rate at kailangan pang merong e kulateral, tapos tatalunin lang ang negosyo mo ng mga malalaking kumpanya. Samantala ang mga mayayaman mabilisan lang mag setup ng negosyo, lahat kung anung usong negosyo. Ang mayayaman na tumatakbong politico or kaya sinusuportahan ng malalaking businessman dahil po ito para sa kanilang hangarin na kahit na mag ambag sila ng ilang daang milyones, hinde ito labag sa kanilang kalooban dahil mababawi nila ito at lalo pa silang kikita. Halimbawa nalamang po, ako ay isang investor sa Mining sa Pinas at dahil sa kasalukuyan bagsak ang aking stock sa market o di kaya’y gahaman ako sa gusto kung kikitain ngunit hinde ko ito makamtan dahil sa kadahilanan na pinatigil or nilimitahan po ang pag mimining, so ako poy mamumuhunan sa politikong tatakbo at ng sa ganun kapag sya’y nanalo, sasabihan ko ang politico na nagging Presidente na buksan mo Mining or tanggalin mo ang limitasyon, kaya wala pong magagawa yung Politiko/Presidente kundi pagbigyan ang aking kahilingan dahil sa perang aking tinulong sa kanya habang sya ay nangangampanya. Kaya po kung nakikita nyo ang mga politokong tumatakbo ngayon na nagbabayad sa TV ads na umaabot ng halos 1 Bilyones or kalahating Bilyones, kayo po ay magtaka na. Imposible pong sa sarili nilang bulsa galling yan. Kaya nga po kung naririnig nyo ang utos ni Mayor Duterte na hinde sya tatanggap ng ambag galling sa mga Business man na may kaugnayan sa Government
Hinde ba kyo nagtataka kung baket tyo nilalait oh minamaliit ng ibang bansa lalo na sa Asia? Alam ng mga OFW sa Asian country at nararanasan nila yang discrimination. Kasi nga po tyo noon ay mayaman na bansa at tinitingala ngunit napagiwanan na at syempre nakikita nila ang magulong systema sa pinas. Kung dati rati nirerespeto tyo dahil sa taglay na yaman at kapangyarihan n gating military.
Tama po ung proposal ni Mayor Duterte about sa SMB (Small Medium Business) para sa mga nagnanais na magsimula ng negosyo, Cooperatiba para naman sa mga magsasaka at mangingisda. katulad na lamang sa Singapore na if Local ka at may maganda kang idea sa negosyo pupunta ka lang sa Government Agency at e presenta mo lang at ang Government na mismo ang magbibigay syo ng puhunan na maliit lamang ang interest rate, the government will also reimburse ung mga yearly na gastos mo like nag upgrade ka ng mga computers sa office/business mo up to $20k a year this is because the Government is helping and encouraging its people to SMB (Small Medium Business). Lahat ng mga Bansa na nakapaligid satin na yumayaman at mayayaman ay Federalism with Death Penalty to control the crimes of Society. Naunahan pa tyo ng Malaysia, I went to Malaysia for Business Trip and I found out that most of them no how on English, they will talk to you in Malay (Except to those educated one) pero satin kahit si manong na nagtitinda ng buko nakakaintinde ng English at nakakapagsalita pati. Kaya ang tanong baket karamihan ng investor will choose Malaysia over Philippines? Ang sagot po ay ung mga nasabi ko na. That is why if you’re wondering why most if not all of OFW are rooting for Duterte it is because they saw the difference at namulat ang mga mata.

And please stop saying it's because of the ayalas. Hindi ko pa sila nakitang nagpatayo ng public schools sa makati. Hindi ko pa sila nakitang nagbayad ng hospital bills. These projects are by the city government and not by the ayalas. So kung sa gantong sitwasyon ay doomed ang citizens ng makati, kung sa gantong governance ay sinasabi niyong ambon lang ng kita ang napupunta sa citizens, nakakalungkot isipin na mas masahol pa sa ibang lugar dahil wala man lang sa kanila ang may programa gaya ng sa makati. Mas kurap pa pala mga leaders nila.

Public land = for the use of the public (not for the private use of a certain individual or group). whereas on private properties, the owners of such properties have the right to arrange for the courts to evict the squatters from their properties.
