  • How do you use the benefits of both analog and digital task management, productivity, and planner tools?
I struggled with this for years, and I recently stumbled across a productivity mental model that's helped me contextualize when to use all the different and amazing apps in a way that makes the most sense for me. I hope it helps you.
When you're ready, there are three ways I can help:

Nicely framed. Good to hear that we all have our tweaks to traditional methods. The journey has to self reflective always. Test and experiment. Analyse the data, track success and align.

I like this idea of creating a distinction between working memory and short term memory. Seems like it might be useful for me; I'll definitely try it out and see how it goes. Thanks Justin!

Thanks. I like the 3 categories but the names you use already have a specific meaning for me in the field of cognitive psychology. I will have to cogitate on this as nothing that feels right to me comes to mind. In the general scheme of things, it's not important. Unless there is already a universally accepted name for something, I think we all start off with our own versions.
