Thank you Ernst! This is so insightful and you are correct that we have been stuck in our beliefs for too long. May this eclipse help us all detach from this world of Maya. I do agree with the comments here on housing. I don't know when the idea of homeownership became tied to our self-worth, but it may have to do with capitalist/consumerism ideas spreading across the world. There is nothing wrong with wanting to own a home, but society making people feel like failures because they don't, especially with all the obstacles they put in front of people, seems a set up to me. We have to remember that just by being we are already worthy and divine. No external force can define our worthiness because we are all born worthy.
Nah, I disagree with that hippie European mentality -- I mean, after all Europe hasn't had the best leadership... especially with the looney and draconian things we saw in 2020-2021.
We own a home and land so that when we are gone, our children/loved ones have a stable place to call home....they don't have to go through hardships of being left homeless or without money to afford a decent place away from crime ridden communities. They can sell it and earn income with it if they want.
We want to own a home and land to not be cramped with others in a tiny apartment breathing in the fumes of our neighbors through the AC vents, hearing them fight or play music at all hours of the day. I've lived in one tiny place growing up and there's no way I'd like my family to live in cramped headquarters. We don't have to fight with landlords to fix issues with owning a home either.
Our own home and greenery (our own land) provide mental peace and freedom. We don't live in fear that we will get kicked out or that the landlords will barge in when they want. Not only that, in a home we can own as many pets we want without an astronomical charge that comes with having one in an apt or without mgmt coming in unannounced and having our pets get out.
This European hippie mentality sounds like what the wef said: "you will own nothing and be happy." Where only the elite have homes and you and your kids live in a sardine can. F that.
Besides this guy admittedly said he was successful in the last real estate burst meanwhile you're in your one bedroom apartment with 2 kids, a spouse and your obese upstairs neighbor smoking on his balcony blaring Nickelback.

Awesome Ernst, thanks for making this! Doesn't sound like a bad eclipse theme. A good reminder for those giving readings to talk on this over the next month. When I researched big market changes, the Libra/Aries and Scorpio/Taurus axis came up a lot, so would be nice to see the housing market get unstuck. We shall see.

I have Pluto natally, close to my Asc - 90* Mars in 10th =D
... and I know how hard that can become with stuckness/frozen parts, until I do some radical changes, letting go, and letting in new things, by myself, otherwhise, if I let others decide/take my own charge to decide away, it hits harder.
I use to say sometimes Universe have to hit one harder, as with some brick dropping from above, unto ones head, to get you unstuck, from our afraid sides :) Meditation Breathing techniques, has helped with that, and some other things.
Had some of those earlier in my life, I listen better today, to my intuition-gut feeling, my own boundaries aso,
and on what Universe whispers about.

I also feeling that flavor now! The eclipses started to show “direction” about the month before, so Solar eclipse on 14 of October. Well we are already on 1 of September - so it’s actually not surprising that you and others can feel that already. I thing that with the time closer to eclipse we going to fell more tension.

As for real estate matters, Ernst didn't put into consideration one huge factor. The fact that the *poked* part of the population is already disappearing, so there will be too many houses vacant. In other words, in a few years there will be more houses than people...

Owning a home in Europe is very much connected to social status. Everyone expects you to have a home by the time you're 50. If not, they look at you with a question mark, you'd better have a good explanation. But I am talking from the region in The Netherlands where many wealthy people live, I would probably have a different opinion when living in certain areas in Rotterdam for instance. Besides that, the gap between poor and wealthier people in The Netherlands is getting bigger.

After being a renter for 40+ years, I was finally able to purchase a home. It's way less stressful living in my own house than being subjected to unpredictable staggering increases in my monthly rent, dealing with landlords who don't maintain properties, dealing with noisy neighbors, being forced to move frequently because landlords defy laws aimed at protecting tenants, and having to live with white walls for the entire time. (If I never see a white wall again, I will not be disappointed.)
Yes, I'm definitely emotionally attached to owning my home - and I don't want to get "unstuck" from it. Americans cannot count on the security of living in a place for 70 years - unless they own it. What needs to change is the attitude about properties being a cash cow for owners and the view that the people who live in them are dispensable.
Why are so many people homeless? It's because profitability has become more important than providing a safe secure home for people.

Its mid December 2023 home prices remain steady after having dropped slightly in November. Currently the interest rates are about 6.5 dropping drastically and sustaining high homes prices. Seems like the best time to buy or get into contract was November due to lower prices and the start of lower interest rates.
