Having downsized from a 3500 square foot home to a 400 square foot fifth wheel, and now to a cozy 100 square foot truck camper, they've optimized every inch of space while ensuring they have all the comforts of home. Their current setup includes a three-burner stove, an expandable tea kettle for pour-over coffee, and a deep sink equipped with a three-filter water purification system, ensuring they always have access to clean drinking water.
The couple has meticulously organized their living space to accommodate their daily needs, from a strategically hidden dehumidifier to combat moisture, to clever storage solutions using metal shelves for spices and essentials. Their kitchen doubles as a workspace and dining area, with each booth containing additional storage beneath.
Exploring the technical side, Shane discusses their 2018 Dodge Ram 3500, perfect for their lifestyle, especially with its enhanced ability to maneuver in tight spaces. This truck supports their adventurous life, easily carrying their necessities on a custom cargo rack, and features an on-demand water heater and dual power fridge, which runs on both propane and electricity.
The wet bath in the camper, though compact, is fully functional with inventive solutions for space and water conservation, such as a removable shower head that limits water flow to conserve resources while off-grid.
In the bedroom, comfort is key; they've chosen a high-quality RV queen-size mattress and zippered bedding for ease of use. Storage solutions are cleverly integrated around the bed, including areas for clothing and other essentials.

@@Tater-Skinz Yes by far in some areas! Everyone's budget is different and I think-wow-what did they do to get there and how can I learn from them? My home on wheels cost no where near this and I say that their place looks ammmmazzzing and I hope to someday have that kind of budget and set up! Bravo to them!

Very cute love the slide out it really adds to the space and lovely that your just able to drive off and go explore various areas , no stress of a mortgage id love this lifestyle. nice that you have a shower /toilet id want that bed is a nice size you pretty much have all one really needs. They are so brave! Sold everything and jumped in! He was in the service-and hopefully well compensated for his service. Clearly they have their finances in good order. If it seems like a big investment to you, please ask yourself why you're watching these videos. Do you wish you could do this too? Well everyone's budget it different. You can have a home on wheels for much less. Instead of leaving some snarky comment, maybe do some self reflection. Cozy and beautiful home! Love it!

When I ordered my microwave, I made sure it would hold a quart mason jar (height) and a dinner plate.
Many times you can find microwaves with the same outside dimensions, but different inside dimensions. So shop around. 💖🌞🌵😷

Have to say they seem to really enjoy each other and I guess you have to if camping. Like the set up, one comment maybe move the Jackery down towards the foot of the bed, not sure if batteries give off anything. Like your Lectric bike, have one and they are great. Peace and safe travels.

Straight up everyone's budget is different. You can have a cozy home on wheels for much less, but they clearly have the money so good for them!
I bought an 8x16 enclosed trailer I plan on building out. I'm trying to figure a tow rig out soon. I may look for a 4x4 ambulance.
You have the best truck camper I have seen......I will be following you now.... retired last year and looking for someone to do this lifestyle too. Does your wife have a twin sister....lol. Are you aware of Truck House Life CZcams channel.......he lives in Alaska, and his truck camper is man made and is amazing.
One would need a lot of money to have that set up and the lifestyle to go with it, so it sounds like a lot of hard work to get this lifestyle.
