this aircraft is a piece of art !
Brilliant performance, loving air flight crew and excellent work, I hope soon will will work together
Me gusta mucho ese avión,es muy versátil.
No es tan caro y seria un buen caza para el ejercito de tu pais.
Beautiful aeroplane
Good to see this
Beautifull
Except India and Qatar, also Greece operates the Rafale (F3R), currently 6 and upto 24 in the next year. Also the United Arab Countries, Croatia and Indonesia.
Crew chief own the plane… pilots just borrow it lol
Excellent aéronef, témoigne du savoir faire français

greetings from Italy.
The Rafale is unique very similar to the Hornet.

Il est beau, agile et armé. C'est français!
Piękny.
I am starting to have a lot of faith in the C17
Hilarious, you failed to mention the first country to buy the rafales outside of France is Egypt, it is currently the largest operator outside of France
And greece
India may award its 114 Jet deal to Rafale..Which makes it to a total of 150 jets in Indian inventory.
I am talking about active fleet, not future orders
0:30 it is not 2 but 6 countries where the Rafale has been exported, India, Qatar, Greece, United Arab Countries, Croatia, Indonesia
A bunch of mistakes in this video... Rafale C is NOT the latest model : it's the main role designation. There are 3 : C is "Chasseur", single-seat land based, B is "Biplace", dual seats for nuclear bombing (and other bombing missions), and M for "Marine" with CATOBAR compatibility. The Rafale came out as an air frame proving prototype in 1986, but was overhauled completely for its first "active" version, designated F1, which was made with the sole purpose of replacing the thoroughly outdated Crusaders serving in the French Marine Nationale at the beginning of the 2000's.
As such, there were only M models to the F1 standard and they only had air-air capabilities. The F2 standard (to which all F1 planes were upgraded) was the first "complete" Rafale with M, C and B variants available.
Later on, the F3 improved Rafale's capabilities and was subsequently improved to the F3R standard a few years ago. F4 is currently undergoing final qualifications, and all existing planes will be upgraded to at least F4.1 standard (only newer planes will get to the F4.2 standard).
Long range heads up radar system. Not integrated to the battle space. An efficient weapons platform.
Nice weapons. This HIMARS is a really brilliant weapon. Thank you 🇺🇸 for your support of 🇺🇦.

7 Countries bought Rafale not 2. Greece, India, Qatar, Indonesia, Egypt, Croatia and United Arab Emirates
A crew of two, that is so 4th generation.
Compro 500 unidades para a força aéria brasileira
But nowadays it's just a rake
200m dollar for the latest tech??
Hmmm
No. 200M for the precedent. Latest arent to sell. Rafale F4 coming in 2025
Greece, Croatia ...
Beli jet tempur yang banyak.agar aman dari penjajah.dan sedangkan pejabat negara menjalankan taktik busuk agar lancar. ❤️
Why 200 dollars? That's the lifecycle price?
This fighter doesn't cost $200M, it about $120M
India paid 216 million for a single Rafale.which is almost twice the price paid by Qatar or Egypt.
@@abymathew295 That's weird, is it because of the Ambani scandal ?
@@001barca . Nope, Ambani didn't have any involvement in the Rafale deal...A single piece of Rafale in fly away condition costs around 100 Million, but when you add weapons package, your country specific enhancements, Maintenance, training..etc it will cost around 200 Mill..Indian Rafales are designed to fly in the thin air of Himalayan Frontiers, so they had to install additional features in it.
Not only India Qatar and France use Rafale
Egipt, grecce, croatia...
Max. 90 millions euros
200 millions for a Rafale ?
Send them to down all those soviet Russian Su-57 terror jets!!!
I do feel the frustrated regarding this ugly refueling stick.
I think french military doesn't do as everyone... it's easy to implement retracting stick... Maybe I'm dum but every serious country now how to do this nah ?
Lol anyway it as always been like this when you look at historic military tech records.
French people are weird indeed
But at the end lol, they do have the biggest number of military victory among all human nation since humanity exist. This record is including the death nation such as Roman empire.
Funny fact
Roman Empire are still in the top 10 🤯 of military victory but it collapse in 5 th century !!!
Check it out
Imo the refuelling probe is quite a nice visual aspect of an aircraft, it makes it less "flat looking" and gives the plane some asymetry and so it is less "boring" to look at. U know it just a matter of taste after all but such a thing is somewhat of a nice touch on any aircraft for me
Hehe I'm French and fort me i's the 2nd best military plane
Aunque sigo creyendo en el F16. De usa.
Mdr Pas 200 millions ...not 500 millions More ! LOL 😄
Not 200 millions🤣🤣🤣🤣 75 per aircraft with no weapons and no maintenance but certainly not 200 lmaooo
India paid 216 million dollars for a single Rafale..which includes everything from training, maintenance, weapons package, India spec enhancements, high altitude cold weather starter...etc
@@abymathew295 that was for only one rafale bcs of development 🤣🤣 all the others were way cheaper
@@vudunautreoeil7069 . Like what..8 Billion Dollars for 36 Rafales.??? You do the math.

Other design philosophy. Russian jets are often much larger then Nato jets. The bigger the aircraft is, more fuel is internal. No need for external fuel tanks..

The Rafael does not cost $200 million, I’m so sick of these bullshit videos
With this price you can have a fully loaded 5th generation aircraft .
a rafale costs 78 million each, not 200 million.
this "specialist" simply took the amount of a contract (UAE) and divided the price by the number of planes sold without knowing the number of missiles sold with the plane or knowing that it is sold with maintenance completed by Dassault for x years
200million would probably include training, simulators, weapons, parts. The whole enchilada
@@MeanLaQueefa yes, everything is included in the price: training, maintenance and missiles, it's the same for the f35 when they are sold . Germany will buy 30 or 40 f35 for a contract estimated at more than 8.5 billion euros
India paid around 216 Million $ for a single unit, which is almost twice the amount paid by Qatar or Egypt.
@@abymathew295 Qatar paid 6.3 billion for 24 planes (304 million per plane), India paid 8 billion for 36 planes (222 million per plane).
egypt paid 4 billion for 30 planes (166 million per plane) the difference in price is explained by the fact that egypt already has several "rafale", the training of pilots and mechanics will be provided by egypt and by a lesser purchase of missiles because unlike other countries, Egypt has a separate contract for the purchase of missiles from MBDA.
each sale is different and the price can vary from single or double depending on the configuration of the aircraft, its standard, the training of pilots and mechanics and obviously the purchase of missiles .
all any sensible 5th gen pilot sees is many.... many.... radar-reflecting surfaces
All any sensible radar tech people knows is that passive stealth is a myth.
@@gringologie9302 sure empirical evidence is a total scam - I mean how can science measure an equivalent radar cross-section - totally made-up
The french apparently don't know how to build a retractable fuel nozzle. Also the bubbles where the canards are mounted are fucking huge. That alone makes the aircraft have minimum 10% more drag.
sorry but they know how to do it. it is not used to gain weight with the absence of all the necessary hydraulic systems. in my opinion Dassault surely knows better than you what they do with their fighter planes, right?
@@superskunk4250 Appeal to Authority fallacy...
Also, No they don't know better or are Dassault the worlds best fighter manufacturer? No they are not.
@@swunt10 retractable system = malfunction risk. We are talking about refueling, can be fatal to any long fly. The choice is aesthetic VS war logic.

@@gringologie9302 Everybody else knows how to build them, only the french have a different "logic".. what a Muppet..
The only reason i can think of for using a dated design is that France wants to keep its own aviation industry alive. The Rafale will most likely do everything it needs to do with uodated electronics but it is clearly lacking when compared to modern US and Russian fighters. I wonder if the French navy is still operating diesel submarines? I remember reading recently that they took offence at Australia cancelling an order...
mettez vos informations a jour ,vous racontez n'importe quoi !!
@@lukysky2359 Totally agree
Hahaha ! Sorry bud, youre dead wrong. The Aussies placed a sub order with the French for diesels cos of the Fukushima nuclear incident ,nuclear subs would’ve been a political no-no. The French had to redesign their export subs to accommodate the Aussie diesel request, that took time , re-engineering costs ,delays -to accommodate the Aussie specs. The French already have nuclear subs that could’ve been produced very quickly. The Aussies then sneaked in a new deal with the UK and US. The Rafale is a beautiful plane, its Spectre ews reducing its rcs to that of stealth 5th gen fighters, only fighter in the world that can carry 1,5x own weights in fuel ,armaments. Blisteringly quick , 65000ft/min -rivaling that of the eurofighter,F22-certainly quicker and more capable than any Russian/Chinese plane. Also only $75m, not the $200m as per video. So mate, youre are very wrong! Dassault should be tasked with producing a 6th gen fighter for France by 2030cos working with consortiums eg the eurofighter adds costs and delays
Updated Rafale is a 4.5th generation airplane. F35 is 5 th generation. So Rafale is not so bad.
French navy do not use diesel submarine anymore, only nuclears. But "naval group" builds diesel submarine for exportation.
" but it is clearly lacking when compared to modern US and Russian fighters"
its not you're full of shit
Oooo really ? The MOST ADVANCED FRENCH jet ??? Wow, Does that have the really E RUBBER BANDS inside ?? I'll be that thing can shoot down a provincial goose in time for the wine and cheeses surrender party.
Becarefull your back if Rafale come see you!
While Rafale planes cost 28,000 USD for an hour's flight, this cost is calculated as 12,000 USD for F-16s. This causes an enormous cost difference in an aircraft's life cycle. It's ridiculous that a poor country like Greece would buy them. The majority of the 24 Rafales purchased are used aircraft that have already reached the end of their economic life. The big stake the French dumped on the Greeks. Poor Greeks....
wow another CZcams specialist, much more competent than the military intelligence of the countries concerned, you are a fine strategist known and recognized throughout the world, because it is certain that to face the main enemies of the Greeks, the Turks and their ...F16s...we need more sophisticated F16s, don't we? the American F16s have been beaten several times by the French Rafale, do you know? it's been going on for years in all the competitions in the world, you have to update yourself. and people like you keep talking about the F16...it's really funny. Greeks are not stupid, they know that the Rafale is much more efficient and more versatile than your F16. if the Greeks are quiet right now it's because they have Rafales and not a Greek F16 against a Turkish F16. ridiculous.
@@Boc_Xanders He said about the Rafales, but he (intetionally) forgot the updated to Block 72 Greek Vipers...
$200 million! That's a lot of money for a fighter which isn't stealthy and certainly not revolutionary. The vastly superior F-35A costs $85 million, the F-22 around $250 million.
The real price is $77 million for the Rafale Marine
Are you crazy ??? Please, try to have the right informations !.......We are serious people here !
