- Yes, a good old fashion design competition. You submit your designs, I pick my 2 favourites and buy those designs on some wall art to decorate my bare office walls!
Rules are as follows:
1. Please submit a link to a wall art design you have created (on a known Print on Demand platform of your choice) to rpdesigncomp@gmail.com
- I'll use my own judgement to decide what type of wall art I ultimately buy your design from, so ensure your design is optimized for all wall art options!
2. Please limit your submission to a maximum of 2 designs.
3. Submissions closed after Midnight GMT Sunday 28th Feb
4. 2 Winners will be notified via the same email they submitted their designs to.
Both winners will be publicly announced on a video once I have received the prints in the post :)
The best of luck!

Sorry for the low energy on this video guys. I haven't been well this week, but needed to fight through and get this video done! BUT, I'm super excited to see your submissions, so be sure to get involved :)
Good Luck!

Thank you so much for this opportunity 😊
Normandy!!! Can't provide you with artwork that fits on a whole wall, maybe in a year from now for the next room... but I'm looking forward to the winner :)
You're the first to recognise the Normandy!! Nah I'm just looking multiple pieces of wall art, not one big piece 😂🙌
@@RoguePixel omg, that moment when you have a clear picture in your mind and don’t listen anymore 😂🙈 but now : you have mail... :)
@@Isildra 👍😂

Lol! My first choice was to send you a link to my anime corgi. Oops 😀
If you REALLY love it, and it's your best work, feel free to submit it... you never know 👍
@@RoguePixel One entry per person? I have a photograph I took in Seattle that would work well.
I'm so confused with 3 designs. Thinking hard which 2 to select 😅
Ok ok ok, send me all 3!
@@RoguePixel so sweet, I've already picked 2 and mailed you few hours back ❤️.
Is Storenvy Okay to submit? Thank you. I have Redbubble too if Storenvy does not work for you.
Never heard of storenvy! Send me a link to both if you want, and I'll check it out :)
Totes going to spam something into this compe .. CMYK?! Nobody told me it needs to be in CMYK asdfsafdasf I thought they convert it at their end oh ffs. > .
It's a bit of a weird one. They convert to sRGB on their end, but this happens automatically on our end when we export as PNG anyway. The thing is we need to work in CMYK first, so when it is converted, there is no change as all CMYK colours are within the sRGB spectrum. BUT, there is a vast amount of RGB colours not within the CMYK spectrum. And that's when you get flattened colour. Does this make sense?? Maybe I need to do a dedicated video 🤣😂
@@RoguePixel That's exactly right. The color transformation greatly depends on the CMYK profile and the working space profile used for the transformation (and I have no idea what CMYK profile/device they use, I tried the HP Indigo Press 5000 Semimatte, which is widely used as proof in PoD and it looked .. well, could be better.)
Fun fact: the color washing out usually happens, when the sampling targets go through gamma transformation - which is common, if the color timer doesn't scan the targets using a spectrophotometer (by hand) but uses a scanner to get the printed file into the profiler software. But if the color is handled in linear space, the CMYK transformation can be 1:1 and colors get synced properly.
Sorry. A color nerd here.
salam wher have you been all this time welcom back i sent you something hope you like it thank you
