Today, Deputy Editor Nathan Ponchard takes a detailed dive inside Jayco’s 6.8-metre wheelbase Volkswagen Crafter creation with built-in kitchen, toilet, fresh water tank and sleeping quarter that is expected to cost between $130,000-150,000.

The Crafter Kampervan is uses a 2.0-litre turbodiesel producing 130kW/410Nm and in All-terrain guise pictured here also gets black steel wheels, off-road capable tyres and 30mm extra ground clearance. The factory-backed Jayco conversion completed in Victoria is backed by the same five-year warranty as the regular Crafter.

Great review !
Put a deposit on one this week!!
Can’t wait to start cruising in it !!
Earned a like for the chumbawamba dig.
I wonder why VW don't bring in the Grand California to Australia like they do to NZ ? This Jayco does look cool though!
2:00 “will be singing, as we’re pissing” lol
If available in MEDIUM WHEEL BASE I’d get one for sure.
Not a bad alternative to the larger campervan / motor homes. A little pricey though.
this is me passed out LOLOLOL
It seems a bit spartan for the price.. but I know squat about campers so it maybe good for the dough comparable to others.
Love your reviews mate, well detailed with a hint of larrikin 😆
Keep up the good work🥇
Cheaper then a apartment or townhouse
Good review though did not cover vehicles insulation or ventilation I.e. operable windows
Looks great but need medium wheel base…..otherwise great
More closer to $160-$180k I reckon. The beach is about $130k
Hey CC, great review by Ponch as always. I was thinking you guys could do a review on the BMW 220i Coupe VS the MB CLA? Thanks. :)
...it's Pancho.
@@raphaelsaint2130 autocorrect :/ sorry
@@aksahdev01 ...all good
Do you build this ? Can we more information of the builder
I like the Kampervan. The price is a too much for me
What's a CD Player ? 🤔
That's the 2019 model, delivered van will be the 2022 updated model.
👍🏻👍🏻😀🇬🇧
150k... may as well buy a hotel.
Shame was a good idea.... think they have dropped the ball on planning... there are millions of tiny home van fit outs they could have stolen the best ideas from
People who can afford one of these aren't into camping.
I think what you have just said is that you would not camp in one of these if you could afford it.
Why do most of these camper videos focus on the presenter? I'm here to see the product. Ugh.
