Rebelle 6 Time-lapse: Mushroom Path by David K. Manuel

Step on to an adventurous trail with Rebelle Featured Artist David K. Manuel. By keeping the details in the landscape and treating the child and goat very simply, he invites anyone to be able to place themselves into the scene. Almost like an icon image on your computer or device, to click or tap, activating the imagination and allowing the viewer to be welcome in the story.
David uses a combination of Express Oils and Watercolors as his primary tools, relying on the pencil for making guides and working out the details of objects in the scene. Once the cloudburst comes to the scene, it was a delightful treat to see Rebelle's drip engine turn on for layers of rain. Working on this and painting it in Rebelle represents several days of peaceful creative exploration and happiness.
