Is the lucas gun cleaner the same as the lucas contact cleaner??
You can shut your eyes tight and you won't be able to tell the difference since the video shuts down at critical moments. What a waste of time.

Buy a tube of red and tacky Lucas grease for $8 and get 10 oz. Of the same grease they charge $13 in a 1 oz tube for guns.
Ummm. Red n tacky alone is too thick/sticky for most guns. I'd highly recommend mixing it with fully synthetic oil to a consistency of your desire.
For real cold weather; thin like water.
For for 30°F and normal fall temps; a bit thinner than what's allowable in summer; aka Honey Like consistency.
For summer; you can do a bit thicker than honey if needed. As always, when doing maintenance; strip ALL old grease off before applying any new grease.
