    We're going to enjoy relaxing outdoor walking workout after dinner. This is as much about your head as it is your legs. It's a pure outdoor walking workout - there's no dancing or marching. The goal is to enjoy the walk itself and feel better.
    Walk After Dinner exercise combines a quiet mind with a Brisk pace. If you need a slower Pace that's fine - just turn around at our halfway point. Reset with a short timeout - just enjoy being outside in the day.

Although it's intended as an outdoor virtual walking workout, you could make it an indoor walking workout for treadmills, too. It's beginner-friendly walking. Walk at home into the neighborhood.
