After 34 years, Roland finally got rid of 13-pin. Didn't think I'd see it in my lifetime ! 🤣
This is an AMAZING DAY for the guitar synth world.
Also seems they sacrifice control volume and functions!! Useless without a GK volume

Should i buy gr55 or gm800? Can gm800 play piano like gr55 does? Or gm800 is just an upgrade to sy300?

Get the GM-800 - especially the electric pianos are top notch.
If I install BOSS GK 5 on a guitar, does it need the other pickups to work? More clearly, would a guitar without pickups work only with BOSS GK 5? Thank you.

No amp or guitar fx or emulation. You gotta spend at least a thousand quid to be fully equipped. SY1000 looking good now.

Well you can play this with triplay, or any other midi controller keyboard or similar. It receives midi.
New product and the boss gt 1000 update firmware when?
Only an $1100 investment to play this with bass.👍🏻
More than my bass itself cost. Way too gimmicky for that cost.
