Acoustic Guitar Performance BOSS AC-22LX Acoustic Amp - Chris Woods

Recorded live on a rainy day in the woods. A mix of stereo ambient mic placed close to amp and the two Line Outs from the amp. Amp used is the BOSS AC-22LX from BOSS. All the sounds you hear are from the AC-22LX - Recorded using the line out from the amp and the ambient mic you see in the video.

I’m a flamenco guitar player and been using the Roland AC-33 for 10 years. It’s a very compact and lightweight stereo amplifier perfect for acoustic guitars and in my experience it sounds better than Bose S1 Pro and JBL EON One Compact, specially when you do the Picado/Rest Stroke technique. The speaker last around 7 hours with Eneloop Pro rechargeable batteries at 70% Volume that is enough for small gigs (20 - 30 pax indoor).
I just found that there is this new BOSS AC-22LX and I wonder if it has more volume and better quality sound. Is there anyone who already got this new amp. and compared with the Roland AC-33 in a live performance?

Hi, great playing!
I need a small and light weight amp like this.
Can you please answer these three questions:
1. Can you recommend this amp for busking?
2. Will it be loud and clear enough?
3. I'm playing percussive guitar and wonder if the low frequency range on this amp is good enough to produce a decent bass kick from the guitar?
Would be very grateful for any answers you can provide.

Thanks for the comment. Yes I'd say yes to all...both this and the cube street II have excellent bass responce...handles me plugging in a cello too :)
