Before it's implemented on top flight leagues, it should be experimented first on the lower league football like 2nd or 3rd division to see how it plays out. If it's good they apply it to the top flight or scrap it if it's terrible
Are you kidding me, the value of defenders will nosedive like anything. Every team will try to score more than 3 goals for that extra point, but you don't lose any points if you concede 3 goals.
From the five, the time-wasting freekick and the' concussion substitution' should definitely be rules that must be implemented into the game.
The extra point for three or more goals, however, (I believe) will make the teams focus too much on attacking rather than equally focusing on both attack and defense. As football fans, we should appreciate both attacking and defensive football.

Interesting ideas but the bad thing is people take advantage of it. Like for example, the extra point might make teams agree on letting each other score 3 or more goals in order to get the extra point. Of course if theres a way to stop it then great. I really like the Ref idea since theres been so much controversy and were left wondering why? Especially with the way Offside is determine and the VAR officials

What about stopping the clock every time the ball goes out of bounds for a corner, goal kick, or throw in, the refs go to var, when the game gets stopped for an injury, and after every goal is scored??

1. Time wasting: problem is they then have to clearly define what constitutes time wasting. There are the clear ones like GK taking forever on a goal kick. But then there are others where players stay down longer to run down the clock. N what about legit tactics like keeping the ball by the corner flag, can't penalize that. Refs already have the power to do something about time wasting n often times choose not to, but who knows this might be the perfect middle ground since their only real option right now it to book a player n possibly send them off
2. Extra point: this is interesting, but I would say if you outscore your opponent by 3+ goals instead of just scoring 3 goals. This rule would heavily favor big teams though and make it harder for another Leicester moment to happen. Man City for example would have had 20pts extra this season so far which is nuts
3. Ref accountability: absolutely, especially for the ones where even with all the technology they still get it wrong. But start there before we try to get refs to explain each time they blew their whistle
4. Players transfers: I thought players already did this.
5. Temporary subs: absolutely for head injuries.
This would be stupid you want players to play football with all this stuff on them it will effect there game you put a go pro on Haaland head it will get in the way of him scoring goals

All the rules make sense except the extra point for scoring three goals. I wish that the Premier League and other leagues do not adapt this rule. If you win the game by 3 goals then you get your 3 points. One thing I know and I pray is that FIFA Should not even consider this rule not to talk of implementing it.
