Wunderschön! Habe ich als Halb-Amateur frĂŒher vor Jahrzehnten selber in kleiner gemacht mit Nitroprodukten von Zweihorn, mit deren Fibel ich das erlernte. Ich fĂŒhlte mich bei den Aufnahmen der hĂ€ndischen Arbeiten oft an frĂŒher erinnert, hatte aber keine stationĂ€ren Maschinen. Aber ohne GieĂharz. Das hatte ich auch, aber passt IMO nicht und entwertet das WerkstĂŒck..

Grundidee: alle 34 Arbeitsschritte von sĂ€gerau bis Piano Hochglanz auf einer Platte im Raster, d.h., der Rohling durchlĂ€uft alle Phasen, aber immer ein StĂŒck weniger:
Von links nach rechts in grob: kein AblĂ€ngen/Begradigen, sĂ€gerau/roh. Grob abgerichtet. Geschliffen. GewĂ€ssert. Geköpft, GefĂŒllt, Geschliffen. da capo al fine. Grundiert, Geschliffen 2. Grundierung usw., erste Lackschicht, Schleifen, Wiederholen bis dicht und dick genug, Polierarie: nass schleifen bis 800, dann auf Polierpasten wechseln bis Körnung 4000. Da man nun jeden Fingerabdruck sieht, mattieren mit Bimsmehl und einer ZiegenhaarbĂŒrste,

The tops are beautiful. But do they just float in the air? Why no legs, supports? Just as important as the top. Otherwise, some idiot may put metal "hairpin" legs on and completely ruin the work done on the beautiful top.
