he gets one pokemon V pull out of like 3 card packs and i assume makes out like pokemon V's are hard to get when they arnt. when i was building up my evolving skies set, id always get all sorts and only ever got a max of like 3 copies of v's v'maxs and all that all together. just 3 cards of all the better cards out of like 20 non copies for that set of all those. even got alt arts and gold cards.
