I think you did well with filling your Easter baskets. Some people do go way overboard and that’s fine if they want to do that. I find my kids appreciate what they get more if they don’t get so much at one time. My twins are 13 and I debated doing Easter baskets for them this year, but I want them to enjoy the little joys of childhood as long as possible. We have a large above ground pool, so I got them swimsuits, swim shoes and snorkel masks. And then a devotional book, chocolate bunny, and a handful of Reese‘s peanut butter eggs, each. Enough, but not too much.😊

Easter isn't even about filling up an Easter basket. I get my kids a book and candy and teach them the real meaning on why we celebrate! 🙏🏻

You did a good job getting things they will like and use. I agree that you don’t have to “fill” the basket. Sometimes ours are full and sometimes not, just depends on the size of the items. I feel the same way about Christmas stockings. Have a Happy Easter!🐇🐣
