What is the difference between Cost Centre and Profit Centre

Cost Center is one of cost object where we transfer cost where as Profit Center includes both cost and Revenue .

@@PradeepHota :How can we then prepare Cost vs Revenue Ledger Reconciliation ? From where the data to be taken Trial or From GL ledger?

We can use Margin Analysis for Cost & Revenue analysis for micro level analysis . If PCA need to be used then apply derivative rule for revenue determination & assign all cost object & Material to Profit Center
