Hi s h I have done a few vids all ready - here is a couple below but there maybe a few more in my how to's / tips and tricks playlist. czcams.com/video/k7MsgC5Ae9k/video.html czcams.com/video/yLIWUVAO87s/video.html Tight lines
Cheers PP Next to vids are about Kontiki fishing - first one just a bit of setting up and Stevo catching a nice snap on the surfcaster - prt 2 next Mon has the fishing heating up with 2 kontiki sets and a few on the surfcaster. Tight lines
Hi J A I use 30lb Platypus braid for my surfcasting - you may find it a little easier with mono if you haven't done much distance casting? I like to use braid especially out west as there is no stretch and you can fell the lightest touch. You may get a bit from my How to's / tips and tricks playlist? Tight lines
@@Reel-Kiwi-Fishing I have a bit heavy braid at the moment a 50lb Black Magic Hyperglide. My reel comes with a spare spool, so I can put a 30lb braid on it. I'm still practicing to cast further. I have been watching and learning several of your videos. Keep up the good work 👍 Thank you. 😊
@@josephWEBdream if your just fishing straight beach with not to many steep lip channels then spool up 30lb on the spare - if you fish a few deeper holes and channels then go the 50lb si you have a bit more brasion resistance. Sometimes with the braid rubbing along the sand lip can weeken your line... Cheers for the support and tight lines
Hey man great content - can you please do a video on how to read the beach looking for holes, trenches, and gutters?
