    The unfortunate thing with Lee Duffy was, it was only a matter of time before he was took out .He took so many liberties with people up & down the country. But anyway it’s been an experience & interesting insight into a very mixed up individual. Well done Jamie good look for the future. I’ll look forward to some more outstanding books to be published.

      Agreed. The higher you climb the thinner the air... it doesn't matter how tough or game you are, Lead or steel will end your life. The first time he was shot should have been his smell the coffee moment. He probably knew he wasn't destined to be here for long..

    He lived more in those 26 year's than the rest of us will live in 80 years RIP The Duffer. A bit like Mike Tyson's time on this earth , I don't think we will ever see another human being come to this planet so young and be as dangerous and destructive in the ring.

    Just read both Lee Duffy books; two fabulous reads. I love the way they were both written - individual chapters from friends and family members - really brought both books to life. I've heard there could be strong resistance - but the story of Viv Graham could really do with a book just like these.

      @warcrypublishing  Před 2 lety +1

      I was asked by members of Vivs family then others told me to leave it well alone.
      Great story but a very brave man to write that book.

    I remember back in 91 I used to go to Gym in Middlesbrough, a lad there use to sell steroids, he was a big strong lad and he had a very nice car, Lee Duffy took it off him and he never saw it for about 2 weeks, Lee gave him it back and it was a bit of a wreck...nothing was said, no police involved, that’s just the way it was in Boro at that time.

    I once read in a comment someone who was in a bar at one time who was there that lee was wanting to get to bar for a drink and he just started lifting people off ground with there head and moving them ! I honestly read that in a comment 🤔😂 and I believe it 👍

    Just watched the whole of the moon and I'm not sure what to think of him really. I mean no disrespect because I don't know him, but he was a mixed bag alright. Yes, he was a bully at times by the sounds of it and seemed to boost his sense of self by beating others. Yet, he has a lot of respect too, but from close friends. My feeling was if you got inside his head you could see a troubled young man who needed guidance from his early life. Sadly, once he realised his power it was too late. A hero? Not sure. A legend? Definitely, but only in that world.
