Vegetable snack for barbecue.

    4 cucumbers 760 grams
    4 tomatoes 530 grams
    Greens ( parsley and dill ) 15 grams
    Garlic 10 grams
    Salt 1 teaspoon
    Pepper 1/2 teaspoon
    9% vinegar 2 tablespoons
    Vegetable oil 4 tablespoons
    Cut the tomatoes into 4 pieces. Cut the cucumbers in half, and then into 4 more pieces. Chop the greens and squeeze out the garlic. Put everything in a bag, add salt, pepper, vinegar and vegetable oil. Mix it up. You can put it in the refrigerator or eat it right away. Enjoy your meal.
