Will this fix a hyper flash issue? Can't find any issues on my 2013. All bulbs look good and can't located any flash module. OR does everything need to be working for these to work?

​@@young4ever429 I replaced both taillights with new Raxiom tail lights from American Muscle. The problem was indeed the light assembly.
