Are NHL 22 Goal Horns Accurate?

- EA has been known to have inaccuracies in their games that make the experience inauthentic. One of these things are goal horns. EA claims to have updated the horns in NHL 22 to make them sound more authentic, but are they? Today I put that to the test to see which horns are not accurate and which are.

NHL EA has down graded and been stripped of the fun and good game modes ever since they found out they can make a lot of money on ultimate team😥it’s ruined ever since NHL 14

@@mkproductions1612 don’t remember the years off by heart but it was definitely in the Xbox 360(not sure if PS3 had it but I’m sure it did ) era . I remember a site had all 30’teams goal horns and goal songs and burning it on a CD and adding it to Xbox 360 and in game EA sports had a downloaded custom music option and you could add and edit custom music for goal horns, intros , goal songs , away PP and home PP and a bunch of other play stops you could put any song you wanted . For example I had the Flyers come out to the rocky theme as they used that back in day around their cup final run also had the Black Hawks skate out to Marylin Manson Beautiful people which they use to come

The fact that EA did better than the actual redwings for getting a recording on their horn is funny to me
EA will never, ever, ever get anything right. Their goal horns in NHL Legacy Edition were more accurate than what they have now.

You have the licenses to the NHL, why not just have the teams send in the audio file for the goals? Why don’t they use the actual songs as well? Once again, they have the NHL’s licenses
That's not how that works. EA Vancouver would have to get the licenses from the record labels for all 32 songs, which would be way to expensive. Just because they have the league license does not mean they have the songs licenses.

I wish they would put the actual goal horns in and their goal songs with any special effects so its a little more realistic when you play in a arena
The Flyers goal horn is too low and too quiet, it needs that booming loud blast cause i heard it before and its freaking louder than that

most teams have actual horns, so the recordings might sound off, they should 100% update them tho, or just use fgh
Arizona is more an 8/10. I have a recording from the press box of how the Yotes goal horn sounds and it’s similar but not exact

they haven’t even updated the capital’s new jumbotron from 2019 and the goal horn #slepton 🙃
they havent added the LED behind the cannon since like 2013 and they havent added bridgestone's LED stanchions/ second level LED boards since 2018...
