Unsecured Trailer Load Saved

Unsecured loads very often cause harm or worse on unsuspecting motorists. Here is one example of something that looked perfectly normal but was potentially deadly. This brand new pickup truck on the back of this trailer appeared to be a very normal thing. 99% of people would just drive along side perfectly content feeling safe on their way to work. But a quick glance and you can see that all 4 straps on all 4 wheels had completely fallen off. SO it was simply sitting on top of the trailer 100% unsecured. Probably fine going straight down the road. But, any sharp turns to the left or right it could very easily drop off the outside.
