you can substitute white whine with lemon or orange juice with or without zest. if you prefer bolder flavors to compliment the herbs you can reduce beef or chicken broth/stock. a dash of worcestershire or even soy sauce. can't go wrong any way.
I just made these as an appetizer for a small gathering of friends. I added freshly grated parmesan cheese at the end. Easy perfection! They were gone in minutes! Thank you!
