Boxing historians are familiar with this. However you make it seem like all the fights were fixed or set up. Ray Robinson refused the mob. Mr Grey , Carbo , tried to recruit him but he refused. Robinson did a tour of Europe fighting there to get away from Carbo.
WW Chuck Davey was one of Norris’s fighters. A college educated white kid. Almost all his fights WERE fixed. His bout against Graziano is laughable. Rocky did not even try. Same with the bouts with Basilio. Laughable. They maneuvered Davey into tithe fight with the GREAT Kid Gavilan. The fix was not in a The kid destroyed Davey
The super wealthy in America almost always avoid prosecution. Norris was ultra wealthy thus avoiding prosecution and prison like does Trump today.
