At over 75% less weight than our closest competitor, the Tiger King Pin Press provides a much more effective, and user friendly design for ease of use, requiring only one technician to operate!
Incorporating the use of a forcing screw, anti-torque arms prevent twisting of the main body while applying extreme forces via an impact wrench.
The removal of King Pins can now be done in minutes with relative ease and efficiency.
Designed for use on straight and tapered kingpins, and will accommodate sizes from 7/8" to 2 5/32" kingpins.

The best part is it cranks those tunes when you open the case.

According to the service facilities we worked with, one of the hardest king pins to remove is on the Meritor Rockwell 20,000 lb. axle which we used in this demonstration. The real time removal of the pin took less than 10 minutes to complete. Please contact one of our dealers for pricing. If you do not currently have a dealer for our line you can either visit our website (see link at bottom of description) or contact our customer service team at 1 800 661 4661. Would've been a lot more useful if that noise was off.

Wow this would be alot faster than heat and beat. If I was still repairing OTR Trucks i would buy one but since I moved up to cranes the highest mileage my company keeps of a truck crane is 35k miles so I never see king pin jobs anymore

Anybody make a tool to get the seized pins that go through the king pin? The horizontal wedge pins.
