Was that an apology to Amir Albas at the end? He had promised to buy Amir Albas a bicycle then goes to town and buys one for M. Reza so WTF. Amir is happy to share anything including attention but that was mean even so and he needed a bigger bike not one for toddlers. Maybe it’s not the bite affecting Him but the same illness as Mohammed. In any case he should then Have Mumma Bloom do a poultice of specific herbs to manage the lesion left by the bite. Likely Karim got antihistamines which will make him very tired so I can’t see him working any time soon. Hard times ahead maybe…
Wow ! That is quite a bite. In the US we have poisonous spiders that leave a bite that look just like that. The skin by the bite becomes dead and black. He should really be careful and if he sees a line going up his arm from the bite he needs to get to the hospital ASAP. I am surprised they did not put something on it. In one of the very early episodes Kukthum got bit by a scorpion and they bandaged her leg up. But they actually saw the scorpion that bit her. That is what makes me think it was a spider. You would think the hospital would know what a scorpion bite looks like. Hoping and praying that Karim heals and that he does not have any further complications from the bite. Maybe they could take him to that healer and she make a poltice to draw out the poison.

When Karim got bitten it's first time ever I've seen the mother insist he goes to the doctor, yesterday she kept insisting that Mohammed just had a cold that's why he had a fever. She did the same thing with Kulthums thumb brushed it of as just being swollen. I agree with some of the comments, about moving into that spacious house that's just going to waste. At least they'll will be nearer to medical care and a school. Come on mother swallow your pride and think about you and your children.

Why the father he only 1 go to the hospital no even one son or his wife follow with him .anyway dont sleeping outside in the night long b'coz usually the insect wandering at nihht and we donnot know suddenly stung us with a poisonous like scorpion its very dangerous need to be aware.anyway hope the father bloom get well son god bless.
So sad, if it is a bite of scorpion ,you have t go to imergency, if it is poison spider still you have to go see doctor if its mild one put some vinegar if you have. And need treatment
I’m surprised even Mumma bloom did not try treat him with her traditional herbal remedies. 😂Maybe she didn’t want to but rather he leave them in peace for a few hours by going to the hospital. They didn’t keep him in hospital so they are not concerned. It’s likely they put him on antihistamines that will nearly make him sleep day and night. If he was really affected by the bite he would be vomiting. It’s a nasty bite though and should be covered up to stop him picking at it and protection. There was no evidence of tracking up the arm. Prob vinegar and that’s what we-use in Australia to neutralise stings as it works. Calomine if you have any would provide relief thereafter applied to the lesion. Better still get Mumma Bloom do some herbal salve or something it would help.
