Where can we find really nice apartments like the ones in SA in Douala?
Most of the really nice apartment buildings are here used as guest houses with the Airbnb format where you pay per night. When apartment hunting, I saw some pretty good apartments as well as guest houses in the Bonamoussadi area. Bonapriso and Bonandjo also have good guest houses. Housing in the above mentioned areas tends to be really expensive. I think you should check out this channel, Out with Chimex. He covers real estate in Douala.
